Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen.

Sängyt olivat huonoja. Todella kapeita, sijauspatjat pysyivät huonosti paikallaan. Kylpyhuone remontti saattaisi olla paikallaan.

Sauna oli hyvä ja oma parveke!

Suosittelen ottamaan käyttöön kofeinittoman kahvin. Porealtaassa alkoi silmät kirvelemään ja ja kaiteet oli huonosti kiinni. Vessassa huono valaistus.

Great hotel with sauna included

The cheapest and best hotel during the trip. Big and functional room. Sauna with jacuzzi and cold pool included. No restaurant under the same roof, but a very good one in the next building.

Pleasant, comfortable hotel with a very good restaurant

Our room was reasonably modern with comfortable beds, a private balcony, a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was spacious and attractive. There was plenty of variety at the included breakfast, although the layout was confusing and made it hard to find certain items. We never did find the orange juice! Our meals of braised reindeer at the nearby Hullu Pollo restaurant were excellent, as were the staff.

To reach certain rooms, eg numbers 318 and above, involved quite a long trek from the elevator and a battle with 2 heavy, glass, fire doors. Not easy with suitcases in tow. The shower was over the bath and the shower screen allows water to spill over the floor.

Disappointing

Nice hotel, but it is spoiled by too many drunk tourists.

Beer cans were strewn in the sauna area, and it seemed that many people had moved the party there. Made it less pleasant to be there.

Superb

Clean large apartment in a fabulous location. Good breakfast.

We would have expected a washing machine in an apartment of this standard. We go through a lot of sports clothes on a ski holiday! A slightly wider double bed (instead of 120cm) would have been great.

Amazing breakfast. Layout of the family room was great.

The furnishings look outdated and worn out. It's about a 150m walk to the family room from reception. There are no elevators if you are on the second floor which makes it hard work if you have heavy suitcases.

Common sauna and jacuzzi + cold pool. Supermarket is near.

My room was in a separate building, so I had to put on all my clothes to get to breakfast, sauna or restaurant. Breakfast was ok with variety, but was missing croissants and the coffee was bland.

Fantastic

Very helpful staff, walking distance to everything. Big and comfortable room with a sauna. We didn't use the balcony as it was February but it looked inviting. We definitely would stay here again.

Superb

Location, quiet, breakfast is good . Coffee maker in the room. Great shower. Parking. Supermarket nearby. Town location. See the slopes from your bedroom. Restaurants on site. Gym if you still have energy. Easy check in and out.

Sauna was down other end of building, just a minor.

Exceptional

The breakfast was excellent, a lot of different options, rich selection. I was very impressed about the diary and gluten-free options.

The only thing that I would have liked is better and stronger coffee, maybe like espresso

Good location, good breakfast.

Good location

We stayed in a room which was a few minutes walk to the main hotel. It was old and dark and cold the first night as if no one had been in a while but warmed up after that.

Toor operator hotel

Location was great.

This is a very touristy hotel full of tour operators and big groups. Lots of noise and chaos. Breakfast is poor. Rooms are very noisy. Rooms are not nicely decorated and outdated.

Too much cloud no northern lights.

I would have been happier if you had paid more attention to people with disabilities. For example if when receiving the booking you asked if people had mobility difficultie and if they needed to be closer to the lift.

Perfect value for the money.

The atmosphere in the hotel was very Lappish. We had very quiet room, and we got a room with sauna even didn't reserve it. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. We liked hotel's restaurant Ämmilä which was very homey with good raindeer meals. Raindeer burger was excellent.
