Exceptional value for money

This is a perfect place to stay. Felt very secure with all the safety features. It is 3.5 star rated. If people are expecting 5star this is not for them but we found the complex lovely and the staff were very nice.

Stay was ok but very disappointed with what we was there

Location was ok for our weekend, the bed was ok, but that was all.

No paint behind the Sistine, greasy shower floor and main room floor, soap holder corroded and rusty, Vanity corroded. Vanity doors swollen and rotting, rusty screws in bathroom wall, grout needs fixing in the bathroom, crack in the ceiling in the bathroom, air conditioner not working properly, sliding doors in the bedroom not rolling properly as the tracks are dirty, there is only one chair and no table it was a booking for 2.

We couldn’t bake our lamb for our Easter lunch which was disappointing. The outside maintenance was clean but we had to

The cleanliness. We found that our feet were so dirty walking around the unit. We found a babies bottle full of juice under the couch and in the bedroom one of the fans were full of thick dust. There was also no oven

Everything. The bathroom had black mold on the walls near the roof, looked liked it had not been clean for months, the extractor fan had dirt and cobwebs in it. The beds in the bedroom were horrible and not comfy and the pillows were non existenced

Spacious apartment, refreshing pool, comfy bed, secure undercover carpark. Reasonably priced. Keryn was welcoming and friendly. Would probably stay here again.

Vertical blind didn't block out street light. Shower head kept falling towards wall. Shower was too hot - couldn't adjust it. Very strong smell of cleaning products. Vanity had water damage.

Disgusting lounges with food stained throughout the material. Air conditioning remotes had flat batteries.. useless to anyone. Very poor visit.

Value for money. Excellent facilities for what was spent.

Dirty floor, old coffee dribbles on coffee cup, so dirty. Other people we knew, although not travelling or booking together were staying at the same place and staff were happy to share our information with them (confidentiality?)
