Very good location. Value for money.

They need more reception staff. It's a big hotel and could be very busy at certain times. Apart from that it's been a pleasant stay.

It's horrible as a five star hotel in terms of facilities and service.

The breakfast buffet is very good. The staff where the buffet breakfast is friendly and attentive. The room size is good.

No air-conditioning in the lift and corridors, it's very hot. No bidet in the toilet. The showers not working properly. The shower head needs replacement. I have requested many times to fix the shower head and no one came. Many of the staff do not understand English. Some of the linens and towels are worn out/old. The gym and pool can be used by the guests but they charge the hotel guests for the use of the sauna. We are also forced to give a deposit even though it was not mentioned at the time of booking. The pictures you see I uploaded are from the first day when I first entered the room. You can see the standard how they fix the bed and the linen even has a hole.

I rather choose boutique hotel if paying such price

Very old hotel , small swimming pool , no other facilities , best thing is car park big and no need to pay. Wifi slow in room. Need to renovate

Old, rustic Hotel than is well maintained

Old, unique hotel design that is well maintained, this includes the lift.

They didn't update the room service menu. We wanted to order but they said the kitchen was closed, even though the menu said they were open. They closed the breakfast buffet too fast, we couldn't enjoy it as much as we would like.

Kettle was very rusty for both rooms, but they changed it to a less rusty one. The rooms are old and have a smell.

Don’t book from the photographs! Much older and more run down than it looks!

Located where we needed accommodation. Clean.

Hotel seemed very run down and in need of repair. It looked nothing like the photographs. The part we stayed in seemed to be very empty.

Quite convenient.. 7-11 by the side, MRT by walking distance, Big C and Shopping Mall (The Street), massage, restaurants all by walking distance.. Friendly workers.. Will come again and stay if got the chance..

The maintenance of the buildingg is not very fully, maybe due to Covid just recovered, and less people travelling.. But overall still okay.. Vintage style

Room was huge with a comfy bed,Coffee shop seafood buffet was more than I hoped for,friendly staff from the pool cleaners all the way to the front desk, very close to MRT train….
