Overall, I had a great experience with the Ace prime hotel . staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean and the downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret thank you, Will recommend to my colleagues.

They provide nice food and clean rooms. Room service is awesome, rest rooms are clean. Customer service team is also helpful and well trained. Love their services and they treat you well. Professional staff, convenient hotel and comfortable to stay with your friends or family. .

Beautiful stay! Hotel Ace prime is a perfect place to stay in Greator noida. It is close to the Expo center. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel Ace prime again. The price performance ratio is very good.

Entire staff needs training or it should be entirely replaced with good professionally trained team.

Very bad room service. I had to call 3-4 times to even order for a water bottle. Staffs are least bothered about their duty.

This is not an hotel. To start with you get in through shops for tyre before reaching the lift to get to the reception that is just a small front desk in a corridor. The whole block is a low tech car repair area. Then there is no restaurant in the place, contrary to what the owner says. They only showed me a bedroom transformed with 2 tables and 4 chairs and none in the vicinity. The rooms are not clean, dust everywhere, no mop, just a brush lifting the dust that get deposited 50cm away. And finally the price (more than a 4*, international brand in the expensive airport area).
