Superbly Located

Beautiful place to stay. Everything you need. Extremely friendly hostess, very helpful & knowledgeable about what can be found in the surrounding area, regarding eateries & main attractions. Perfectly located for the Theatres & the seafront with both being a 5 minute walk. Also only a 15 min walk to the Town centre. Will definitely use again. A wonderful find in a pretty peaceful residential street.

Enjoyed locality and nearby restaurants, but disappointed with condition of our room.

Disappointed advert stated full English breakfast, but on arrival there was only continental breakfast available. Location good, parking not so good. W

Although room was very clean there was a strong dog smell.Mentioned it to Emily.She checked the room and changed the bed spread but it didn't make any difference . Also the advert said parking nearby,We had to park quite a way from the guest house.(not as described in their information pack).

Small room, great staff, lovely breakfast.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant. Location was great, close to the seafront. Very good value

The room was a bit small for a twin, which wasn't a problem for us as we only stayed for one night and weren't in the room for long. The bathroom was also very small.

Nice location, friendly, nice staff and good breakfast, shame about the cleanliness of the carpet.

Nice breakfast that catered for different dietary requirements, freshly made. Near the front and fairly quiet. Welcoming staff.

More Juice available, perhaps on the table at breakfast. The carpet in the room wasn't cleaned before our stay, long black hair and biscuit crumbs evident (not ours!). Mattress was too hard, we both thought the same.

Very pleasant stay.

The room was very pleasant and clean Breakfast was enjoyable and incredibly varied The location is walking distance to restaurants and the end of the South Downs Way. The host Melanie is very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was so filling it lasted is all day and I loved the wallpaper in the dining room.

Wonderful, welcoming and eclectic.

Located just off Marine Parade at the Hydro end of Eastbourne is this hidden gem. Wonderful, welcoming and eclectic guest house. Accommodation was clean and quirky, just look up into the trees as you walk in. As soon as you arrive you couldn't ask for more. My dog Maisie was thoroughly spoilt, as were her owners. The breakfast was amazing, excellent fresh local produce and fantastic choice. Maisie particularly liked her sausages. Will definitely be staying here in future.

Cherry Tree Guests house is ideally situated . With apple roadside unrestricted parking . It is a few minutes walk to the sea front . Around 5 minutes walk to the theatres and under 15 minutes walk to Eastbourne town centre . Lovely warm welcome from the owners who care about their guests . Excellent facilities lovely comfortable well furnished accommodation very clean . Lovely lounge for guests to use with free tea and coffee available . Lovely gardens to sit in . Nice extra touch there is a honesty hamper with assorted quality snacks and drink to purchase at very reasonable prices . Breakfast was excellent good quality local products cooked fresh to order , Would definitely recommend this guest house to family and friends and would be returning in the future .
