Schönes Appartement mit Verbesserungspotential

Die Lage ist OK und 200 m vom Haus steht ein reservierter Parkplatz auf einer Gemeinschaftsparkfläche zur Verfügung.it dem nahen ÖPNV ist die Prager Innenstadt gut zu erreichen.

Das "Bett" ist nur ein Ausziehsofa, das leider sehr unbequem ist, die eine Seite viel zu hart, die andere Seite zu weich. Die Bilder zum Appartement waren missverständlich, einen Balkon gab es nicht. Es sind insgesamt 3 Appartements unter dem Dach in der Vermietung, die Fotos zeigen alle gemischt, also reine Glückssache, was man bekommt, wir hatten Pech mit dem Bett/Schlafsofa. Wir waren zum Glück nicht im Hochsommer hier, denn dann wäre die Hitze im Dachgeschoss sicherlich unerträglich gewesen. Außerdem negativ aufgefallen ist uns die immer abgeschlossene Haustür und das Gartentor, ein Brand würde hier sicher nicht gut ausgehen.

Great location, clean and well equipped.

Very quiet and conveniently located. Relaxing views of the garden.

Description says on-site parking which to me means on-site, not 150 meter walk away in an open parking lot. Not really a problem but the description should be more accurate when it comes to parking.

A little bit far from the historical center, but with tram, bus or metro you need 15-20 minutes to reach it.

Perfect. We enjoyed every minute.

The apartment is sunny and cosy. It is in perfect condition and clean. It is located in a very quiet street, so it is perfect to relax. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Clean, spacious apartment settled in a beautiful house in a lovely and quiet residential area. Cool modern furniture, comfortable couch bed, nice veranda/studio, strong WiFi signal, cool bathroom. Free parking nearby. You will find anything you need and the owner is a very kind guy. Metro (green line, Borislavka) is less than 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

Basically nothing.

The apartment is great - in a quiet residential area but very well connected, not big but very cosy, and there is everything one may need. We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it.

WiFi was a bit slow. Everything else was excellent

Everything was perfect: apartment and its place. Tram, metro station is 5 minutes away. The area is very quiet and the lot of trees , very nice. Apartment is comfortable for three persons.

Comfortable, quiet apartment close to public transportation.

I spent the month of May in this apartment and was completely satisfied. It was very clean with a modern, efficient kitchen. The WiFi was excellent as well. Most importantly, it is located in a quiet, pleasant area of Prague close to the metro/trams/buses, affording an easy trip to the city center.

No significant complaints.

Great place to stay with beautiful view of the garden.

Apartment was located in a really quiet and quaint part of the Prague. It was beautifully decorated and it was really clean. I loved the small balcony overlooking garden, it was really relaxing sitting there. The room sizes are great. The bathroom was provided with shower gel and shampoo which was really helpful. The apartment is close to the underground and tram stations which was really useful for exploring the city. There is also a large supermarket near. Since we came by car, there was also free parking on a nearby parking lot.

During the night water from heating could be heard in the walls, but other than that, everything was great.

I didn't like this because economy of heating

Good location, free parking, beautiful see from window. Silent. Apartment after renewal. Good equipment kitchen. There was apples and bottle a water. Good WiFi.

Very cold in apartment at night and a day ! Heating take off at night. Is not possible to sleep, because temperature is low. All night knocking water behind a wall near your bad. I never come back here. It possible that Peter will be write that such temperature is normal for him, but it's not acceptable for me. It's my opinion.

The beds were confortable, the garden from the back was lovely( even if you can not go there), the apartment was bright and clean. Near to bus stop and metro ( aprox 5 minute walk)

The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood and close to the subway station. It is easy to take public transport to get to the attractions. The room is very clean and comfortable. The host Petr is friendly and helpful. Very nice new apartment.

While listed in the apartment's description, there is no washing machine.

Nice and cosy flat in a quiet district. Very good location - 5 min on foot to the metro/tram station and then 10 min to the historical centre.

There is no washing machine and there is no place at all to dry one's laundry.

Very pleasant stay.

All people, who live in the house are very nice, specially the host, Petr. Me and my Kids have a very nice time in Prague. The apartment has perfect location. It is very easy to get to center and also what was important for us very close to the ice rink. My son could just walk there on his own. The apparent has all you need for cooking. It was very useful, as I need to work from there. Wifi is perfect, no problem with video conferences , etc. Also bath is well equipped. All in all it was very pleasant stay. Many thanks on Petr and his family.

Clean and comfortable

Well located near the airport but still close to many shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is very clean, well decorated and equipped. Host is friendly and helpful too. WiFi worked very well and the beds were comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay at a great value!

I did not want for anything; it was great.

They provide everything you need and have a stocked kitchen with all appliances (even a real espresso maker). I had a very pleasant stay and will recommend to people visiting Prague.
