It looked nice. Authentic. Bed and room where clean.

Breakfast was pretty bad. No vegetables, no fruit except for orange slices. Only pastry and sweet cakes. Just one cheese and one strange plastic looking sausage. Room was right above the entrance. Heard loud bellboys and traffic till deep in te night. Shower was too small, couldnt fit in it. Toilet seat was loose. Lights in the room were bright white, not pleasant for the eyes. No night/reading light. I paid 376 euro for four nights. Wasn’t worth it. Too bad. But had a great time in Tanger.

The overnight staff charged me extra 400 dh for no reason. The bed sheets are not clean. Toilets are not clean. Curtains does not block sunlight.

Central location with beautiful garden and pool

In the center of the new town, but close to the medina, the rooms are comfortable and the pool and the garden are a have of peace away from the busy streets of the city. I have stayed here before and will come here again. The staff are helpful and friendly. Good restaurants are close by for an evening out. The hotel breakfast is good.

It was all good. If you are alone, some of the single rooms can be quite small. Try to get a room with a balcony overlooking the garden, rather than one facing the side street.

It was located quite close to the city centre.

Music and noise at night,till nearly 3 in the morning. Had to go to reception to complain and got changed the next morning Pool couldn't be use as it was dirty.

very old hotel . they need change the style of the reception, it’s very poor and people speaks only french and Spanish

the staff are very nice , you can feel that they are working hard to satisfy you , the break fast was many options what we like it

nobody speaks english , also the location it was so hard to get in the street is so busy , and the pool was so bad since we get on and every morning we tried to swim they are cleaning it late morning so the last day we swims even they are cleaning it . because we didn’t want leave the beautiful city without swimming

Big Room with Patio - Basic Stay but Good Value with Open Bar

The hotel is old and was definitely a site to see in its prime. That said, the hotel was a great value. The room was large and with a balcony overlooking the pool. While the internet was not fast, it was more than enough for basic work. Late at night, I could even stream an NBA game with only a few issues. I also liked they had an open bar that was pretty busy on Saturday night. Many foreigners playing card games and talking.

The room did have a slight scent to it but I think it may have been because of a wood burner to heat the place. However, I do think this place was worth it for the price. We thought about a place that looked more comfortable for twice the price but have no regrets on booking this.

I’ve been staying here for years. The staff are super friendly always there to help. Breakfast is my favourite part of the day when I stay here

Good

The place have seen better days, we were there outside the seasons it appeared quite empty. Traces of old glory is still visible. The maintenance is adequate and the rooms have been updated. There is a bar in the lobby and downstairs. The place offers a relatively good value for the money. We did not try the restaurant.

Very kind and understanding staff during morning time, they had more serious staff during evening and nights, but still very nice. I adored my room balcony and lighting during day time!

The staff was nice

While entering the hotel you only smell cigarettes. Hoping this would change once in the room, but it didnt. The staff was trying to accommodate us by showing us another room. This room was bigger but carpeted and smelt like wet dogs with a cigarette smell. We slept covering our noses, as we arrived around midnight and were depleted to relocate.
