The included breakfast was adequate & provided in a nice location. It was served a bit late though, if you have early tours organised, you will probably need to skip breakfast here.
The room & linen was clean
This hotel is difficult to access if you have luggage. You need heavy duty wheeled luggage on the Medina path, & be able to carry your luggage down steps into the Medina. Reception desk in darkness at 8.45am, checked again at 9.45am & still the same, except I could hear someone snoring close by.

my room did not have a patio, washing machine, hair dryer, or private bathroom, what is private about being caught out in your bathrobe running across a main thoroughfare from the bathroom to your room?
The washing machine was a laundry service which I had to pay extra for. Breakfast was communicated as starting at 8.30am, I arrived at 8.45am and it wasn’t ready.
The fact that my bathroom was not an ensuite but across the hall was hidden at the time I booked.
The single beds were suitable for kids only, all had dips in middle because adults were sleeping in them. At least it wasn’t hard.

Very Spacious room on top floor, views of the harbor. Nice breakfast on rooftop. Staff was always helpful with directions (In the medina).
Remember taxis don't get to that street, be ready with a map

El Riad es limpio y bonito, con una terraza muy bien adecuada para divisar la ciudad. Lo que más nos gustó fue la amabilidad de Suleiman para resolver todas las inquietudes muy atento, también el dueño del Riad nos llevó hasta un restaurante para cenar. La joven que nos sirvió un rico desayuno muy atenta. Gracias por hacernos sentir bien

I locali sono tipici e graziosamente arredati in stile locale ed il proprietario è una personaggio disponibile gentilissimo che conosce molto bene il posto e le esigenze del cliente. Da inoltre dei suggerimenti molto utili ed aiuta ad organizzare al meglio il soggiorno

Etablissement bien situé au coeur de la Médina. Accueil très sympatique et personnel arrangeant (changement de chambre à cause de la luminosité) PD complet. L'hôtel organise des excursions pour un prix correct.
Le confort des chambres dépend de la situation de celles-ci dans l'hôtel. Côté rue un peu bruyant le soir.. Si vous souhaitez l'obscurité dans la chambre, bien vous renseigner sur les fermetures.

This was without doubt the best trip to Morroco so far. The hotel staff here are second to none and will go the extra mile to accommodate your wishes where possible. We arrived at the hotel slightly later than intended but the owner still managed to arrange a late breakfast solely for us.. As he is born and bred in the area he knows the where when and how of all the local area. These guys are a credit not only to Tangier but to Morroco as a whole as they definitely show the way on how to treat customers/tourists... Will highly recommend and if in the future we visit again there is no doubt this is where we will be stopping

El colchón estaba blando y habría que cambiarlo y sin culpar al hotel al hotel que marca un horario de silencio,que si algún huésped no cumple,pues se escucha bastante y no deja dormir.

El alojamiento esta ubicado en la zona de la medina vieja y cerca de muchísimos lugares que puedes visitar andando desde la casa. Además tiene unos desayunos increíbles con unas vistas más increíbles aún !!!

The location was perfect to explore the old medina. Not too hard to find with Google maps. The star of the riad is the staff! Soulaiman at reception is always friendly, smiling and helpful. The manager Lirbe is also very personable and friendly. In fact upon arrival he invited us to share a tangine with the staff...delicious and so appreciated. The staff will help you with anything you need. The riad is very authentic, comfortable and clean. We were on the third floor, our bathroom was out of our room but still private and not a big deal. The heater in the room worked extremely well
The roof top room where they serve a very filling complete breakfast has a phenomenal panoramic view of the skyline. There is another even higher open rooftop to watch the sunset.
Value for money was very good. I highly recommend staying here.

Останавливалась тут на одну ночь. Мне дали номер, который не очень похож на жилую комнату в принципе, ощущение, что там было что-то вроде кухни, куда просто поставили шкаф и кровать. Душ — просто лейка из стены возле унитаза, даже шторки не было, уж не говоря про поддон. Попросила дополнительные полотенца, дали влажные. В целом по марокканским меркам ничего смертельного, но я бы здесь больше одной ночи не прожила.

Struttura Posizionata all'interno dell medina con camera e bagno grandi. La colazione molto abbondante viene servita in terrazza, quindi ci sono delle scale da fare nell struttura in quanto le case nella medina si sviluppano in altezza. Hanno il servizio di taxi, di lavanderia, e la possibilità di fare un escursione. Basta chiedere alla reception. Personale molto gentile e disponibile

Host was very welcoming! Breakfast was wonderful. Terrace is lovely.
We were in a three-person room on the top floor. Very roomy, but the drain in the bathroom smells. It’s a “wet bathroom” where the entire bathroom is also the shower stall.

Breakfast was nice & they were so kind to make me eggs once I explained that I was gluten free & the bread wasn’t eatable for me.

Perfect location to explore the city. Our room was cozy and very clean. The owner is a really nice guy who made our stay a perfect one. He organized an airport transfer and showed us a good shop to buy local clothes. The view from the rooftop was amazing! Maroccan breakfast was tasty. I can definitely recommend this place!

The manager ( different person from the owner and host) was very rude and insisted on seeing our passports( and taking his time) before getting us our room. Not sure if this is policy in Morocco especially considering I arrived at the riad at 11pm with children

The location and breakfast and breakfast staff were all great! That’s it, nothing else was good about the place at all!
It was very run down, very dark, unpleasant smells in toilet/bathroom, photos on booking.com are not what the place currently looks like either. It was dirty, we had no amenities at all and had to ask for toilet paper and towels when we arrived and every day after too! The guy who runs it just shoots his mouth off and sits up on the only useable and enclosed balcony and smokes all day. The top balcony is not useable so don’t be fooled by the photos. My family and I stayed in many Riads throughout Morocco which were fabulous, unfortunately we found this place, such a huge disappointment. Tangier is a such a beautiful and amazing city, please scroll by this place and enjoy one of the many other accommodations the city and booking.com has to offer.

The location is right in the Medina. The rooms have AC which is needed for the hot summer days. The views are lovely from the terrace but more than anything the level of service from the staff is amazing. They are so helpful, friendly and attentive.
The room is a bit dated and the drainage from the shower isn’t great but it is comfortable enough :)

Great value for price. The dar is located in the heart of the medina, has a wonderful terrace with an amazing view. The rooms are clean, simple, comfortable and have AC. Breakfast is simple but good, with local products. But the best is the super kind service offered by the staff. Larbi in particular has been an amazing host, taking care of all my needs, helping me arranging visits, recommending good places to eat and shop at a great price. I traveled alone and appreciated his advice. I'd definitely come back! Highly recommend
The only problem for me was some noise coming from the street at night. But you are in the medina and it's part of the experiencae
