Qualité de la literie

Impossible d'obtenir une chambre avec lits séparés même si ils sont disponibles. La seule voie est d'aller vérifier dans la chambre car ils sont incapables de le préciser à l'accueil.

Meest slechte accommodatie ooit!

De slaapbank leverde na een gebroken nog 3 dagen nek -en rugpijn op. Dun matrasje op metalen beugels waar je in hangt. De kamer was echt te smerig, we durfden ook niet te douchen. Overal viezigheid, schimmel, vloer plakte. Ik had mega last van mijn allergieën. Gesproken met manger, die is meegelopen naar onze kamer en heeft 1 foto gemaakt voor de schoonmaak....hiij zou het doorgeven 🙄. Er is getoond waar de bezem en stoffer en blik stond. Leek in niets op de afbeeldingen van booking.com Hekken voor veiligheid met beveligingcode werkte niet. Daarnaast hadden wij niet verwacht tussen de asielzoekers in te zitten, vreemde gewaarwording.

OK pour une nuit mais rapport qualité/prix pas au rdv

La chambre était propre et bien dimensionnée. Le coin kitchenette dispose du nécessaire attendu (micro-onde, frigo, bouilloire électrique). La salle de bain est grande mais froide (pas de décoration). Le petit déjeuner est correct.

La mauvaise odeur qui se dégage de la tuyauterie, la présence d'une seule table de chevet, la moisissure sur le plafond du coin cuisine, les identifiants internet qui ne sont pas les bons sur le papier remis à l'accueil.

Séjour non réalisé

Un couac. Je n'ai jamais reçu le sms pour accéder à ma chambre, le numéro de la réception n'était pas joignable quand j'ai appelé. J'ai dû trouver un autre hôtel à la dernière minute. L'hôtel m'a redirigé vers Booking pour me faire rembourser. Je n'ai pas encore engagé les démarches vers Booking pour le faire, je ne sais pas si cela sera possible.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was very clean and very quiet. We used this as a one-night stop during our travel. It was excellent fir this purpose.

Due to the fact that we checked in at 8 pm, it was difficult to find dinner because the location is not in a village. However, that is not the fault of the hotel.

Location is ok for visiting Versailles.

Ants in the room, so do not leave any food outside. Staff knocked 3 times on the day, of departure ( it was at 9 am, check out is till 11).

location, access to rooms are dark and dirty stairs. it is 20 km away from Versailles, only conveniently accessible by car.

The Apartment was big , the kitchen has all equipments you need , the refrigerator was big , beds were comfortable, there is always hot water to take a shower. The place is safe for the family, free Parking is available

There was alot of insekts that came from the windows (not from the hotel) . The apartment smells not so good , there was no reception at night .

The worst hotel experience in my life

Nothing. The apart hotel is very average, old and not ordered.

It was an awful experience. The personnel treated us awful. There was 2 days in which I did not have any hot water. Later on they provided me with a shower in the bathroom of another room, and it was not clean, full of excrement. The personnel did not speak English at all, and they treated us very poorly. Especially one of the recepcionist called Maxine, he did not speak English, reacted awfully, said bad words in French so we did not understand, did not want to help us, and disrespected us at every moment. Was truly the worst experience I have had in a hotel. We had to go to another hotel. Much better, much closer to Versailles, and it was even cheaper what clearly surprised me.

Pleasant stay outside Paris

Good sized rooms with lots of facilities, including a small kitchenette and dinning table and chairs. quiet location surrounded by pleasant countryside and only a short walk into town on a safe footpath.

On arrival it appeared that the accommodation was also being used by refugee families as temporary accommodation, which was not expected! the accommodation was generally of a good standard, but some of the interior fittings within the room were either damaged or broken.

Could be perfect

Very clean room, in a quiet area. Big bathroom.

The kitchen was extremely small, 1/3rd of the bathroom size. In the cupboard we had only 1 big mug, 2 coffee mugs (one of them broken), 1 tall glass and another small. VERY basic. Other (strange) inhabitants put a cloth on the outer secure door of the compound so that they friends can come in. Result: it couldn't be closed for the last 3 days.
