A enjoyable weekend away and we will be sure to be back

We had a very enjoyable stay here, and the view we had was absolutely amazing. The staff were all very nice from the cleaning staff right through to the reception staff

Very disappointing. Simple things done poorly.

Very dated. There were two public spaces that had been renovated but the rooms, bar and dining room was very dated. Toilets and room was clean. Bar was affordable.

There was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the bar/dining area. Corridors and room smelled strongly of bleach. Staff lacked time for us, receptionist was blunt and brief. Other staff seemed a lot more concerned with the bus tours staying. The hotel is clearly geared up for elderly bus tours. Breakfast was inedible.

Comfortable and fine for one night, would not have wanted to stay longer.

Room was clean, free parking and good location.

Room was depressing and small. Everything was very dated and it had the feel of a horror movie.

Good location and adequate facilities. If you like to be amongst lots and lots of people it’s fine. Not for us sadly.

Another property catering to tour buses, just too busy for us. Also quiet tired and needs modernizing.

Bed very comfortable ,everything you need was in the room ,food was amazing and staff very helpful and friendly

There isn't anything I didn't like ,had a lovely stay and will definitely come back

Not to far from town.

Last minute booking for myself and son,room was fantastic and staff excellent. Checked in in the dark and view was fabulous in the morning, bathroom great.only stayed 1night and didn't eat or drink there.would stay again if in the area.

The Croit Anna met my needs for my short stay very well.

My room was warm, clean and comfortable.I didn't have any meals while there which was fine. I walked to Fort William and had breakfast there. It's a bit out of town, but that didn't bother me. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The telly in the room worked! Not always the case in hotels.

It's of a certain age and some refurbishment wouldn't go wrong. The carpets in the corridors looked a bit tired. Sometimes there was a tapping noise from the vent in my room. Other than that I was very satisfied.

Give this hotel a miss!

the property has the most spectacular view

the reception staff were unfriendly and not very customer orientated. The rooms ( 88 & 89) are tiny and the bathrooms are hospital like.

I will not be coming back. Front of house staff seemed unfazed and was so laid back. not urgent at all

location over looking the loch

The noise levels. (noisy) The room above us kept us up until 3am. Then we were awoke by motorbikes starting up for 30 mins. No staff came out to tell them to be quiet. Breakfast table not cleaned. rooms really small for £160 a night.

Not worth it. At all.

Lady at the front desk was nice.

Dirty and tiny. The rooms are barely big enough to walk around the bed. My coffee pot and cups were covered in dust and the cups had old coffee still on them. The place is gross and way overpriced.

The bed was comfortable enough.

My husband could hear someone snoring in another room. Shower had rust on the soap tray, as well as on the shower head. That was a turn off right there.

Breakfast finished at 9am and a 10 am checkout.

acceptable for 1 night

staff were friendly. reception area and lounge have been freshly decorated and are lovely. appears the dining room/bar/entertainment area has been started but requires finishing. drinks reasonable prices.

rooms very, very tired. had one room on lower floor where even the corridors hadn’t been freshened up. both rooms tired and showed there had been damp which appeared to have been treated. the views were onto the back of property which was well overgrown, probably the cause of the damp.
