el desayuno tipo americano cumple con lo ofertado.

En la pagina de booking el hotel oferta su habitación con aire acondicionado, pero ES FALSO la habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado y se justifican que ellos ya le avisaron a booking y que ellos, no no han actualizado. Debo de aceptar que el personal se porto muy amable y me cambiaron a otra habitación que tampoco contaba con aire acondicionado, pero estaba mas cómoda y un poco mas fresca, pero no cumplía con lo ofertado. La red de wifi muy mala.

Basic but good. Has everything you need. Nice rooftop restaurant. Good location. Good value.

Nice and clean, simple, good bed, plenty of hot water. Decent breakfast. Free parking is a plus

It was just okay.

There was no breakfast.

We were met by a cockroach on the floor of our room.The bed comfort was average.There was no restaurant in the hotel.No window to the exterior.No ice machine.

A place to stay for longer

Lovely room with a big balcony amidst plants, where you could spend an afternoon reading. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast on a lovely terrace. Great location next to a market area and the centre. Very clean.

Friendly hotel in historic Morelia.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. However, We were not advised, in advance, that there was no elevator. The rooms we were assigned were on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Our friend, who is 80, was given a room on the 2nd floor. The stairs were a killer. The rooms were nice and spacious. We were upgraded to a Master suite, which was nice. Breakfast was good, but limited.

I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Morelia on a budget. Loved the space and staff.

They allowed an early check in which was really helpful and one of the staff was English speaking which was helpful given my limited Spanish! We asked about a hair dryer and it was delivered to the room. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Bottled water was provided and the bathroom and shower were great. Location to the Cathedral was awesome and the included breakfast on the rooftop was exceptional. We were only able to book one night but would have happily stayed our entire time in Morelia.

Hubiera sido un excelente hotel

La falta de profesionalismo del hotel no es posible booking que no tengan profesionales en su cartera de proveedores truculentamente me dicen que la tarjeta no funciona cuando hable al banco ni si quiera intentaron hacer el cargo me mandan una supuesta liga para que haga pago liga que no es de booking finalmente me cancelaron y su argumento fue la culpa es de booking

Precioso!

Las habitaciones muy cómodas, nos tocó de las más pequeñas pero aún así muy organizada y adaptada con todo lo necesario, tiene un diseño moderno pero con el toque antiguo que le encantó. Súper cerca de la catedral! Estacionamiento a una cuadra caminando

Buena locación y cuartos amplios a buen precio

El hotel esta muy cerca del centro histórico pero lo Suficientemente lejos para poder descansar. Las habitaciones son amplias El Estacionamiento está muy cerca y es muy seguro. El personal fue muy amable

Dentro de la descripción se señalaba que la habitación tenía balcón y patio, esto es bastante Impreciso x no decir falso. La primera habitación en la q nos acomodaron (la 101) tenía un par de ventanales de esos característicos de los edificios virreinales, los que sin embargo no son un balcón propiamente. Ahora bien, esta habitación tiene el baño a la mitad del mismo y tuvimos un problema de que las cañerías despedían un olor bastante desagradable qué terminó en que nos movieran a la habitación 200 (qué tampoco cuenta con balcón en lo absoluto). El baño de la habitación 101 da al interior de la misma habitación lo que me parece poco conveniente. Si los acomodan en los pisos superiores hay que tener cuidado con las escaleras xq son de caracol y puede llegar a ser complicado de subir o bajar para algunas personas.

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Lo que más me gustó sin duda fue que el hotel está relativamente cerca del centro, el estacionamiento techado y que la habitación tuviera balcón. El personal que nos recibió muy atentos y amables.

La limpieza y el cuidado de las habitaciones y equipo en general. En el balcón había colillas de cigarro (nosotras no fumamos) una de las sillas ya estaba rota, imposible sentarse ahí. En la habitación habia zoclos rotos, una lámpara con luz que ya no servía, plancha y burritos oxidados/viejos pero servían. El tema de la regadera lo leí en comentarios no tan recientes y sigue con ese problema, sale caliente sí, pero el maneral es muy sensible, de pronto helada y de pronto calientísima. Vale la pena mencionar que el hotel no es malo, tienen buen servicio pero por el precio se puede encontrar algo más cuidado. Sin ponerme muy exigente, estuvimos muy seguras y nuestras cosas tambien....

Comfortable, good bed, plenty of amenities. Missed 5 stars because of internal noise. Use earplugs.

Loved the shower until the last day when I had to wait an hour to get water at all.

Breakfast. The juice seemed watered down. The bread was dry. The first day the butter tasted rancid. I did not have it again. Scramble eggs very dry both times I ate there. I ate out.

Very disappointed and did not feel it was worth the price.

I didn’t like the property, but the staff were excellent.

The property was small and parking was very limited to when we could park our car or take it out. It was not accessible 24hrs. Room was next to the street so it was very loud. The room smelled like sewer and even worse in the bathroom. The bed frames were made of cloth and were visibly dirty. The sheets were also stained. Shower water was backing up and extremely got water and no access too cooler water in the sink.

The gym is not in the same building, you have to ask for a pass and go to an external gym.

Bien, pero, con algunos detalles…

Todo muy limpio, la atención del personal excelente..!

- Nos quedamos en la habitación 206 y arriba está la terraza, muchísimo ruido cuando arrastraban las sillas o pasaban con el carrito del desayuno. - El hotel tiene convenio con un estacionamiento cerca de ahí, el cual pagamos por los días que estuvimos hospedadas, al momento de hacer el check out no nos avisaron que el estacionamiento se termina con la salida, dejamos el coche para aprovechar las ultimas horas en Morelia y tuvimos que pagar nuevamente el estacionamiento.

Nice hotel with one inexplicably bad room

Good location for Morelia, very nice views from the rooftop breakfast bar, friendly staff.

Unfortunately this hotel has one inexplicably bad room - whereas all the other rooms have proper solid wood doors, one of the doors is a glass door with a fabric blind over it. Not only does this mean you lack real privacy, it also means that the lobby light pours into your room (the light doesn’t turn off until 11.30pm). It’s completely bizarre, I’ve never seen a room quite like it. We immediately complained and they were able to move us to a different room from night 2 of our stay and our new room was great. I think the bad room is 203 if memory serves, so I would recommend messaging in advance to request to be in literally any of their other rooms! I’ve attached a picture of the room taken at 11.20pm.
