This hotel is a great choice because of its unmatchable central location and exceptional quality.

The location of this hotel couldn't' be better. Its directly across from the Central square) and the principal cathedral. Lots of restaurants in the area, and easy walking to the city's major attractions. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace where we had delicious breakfasts nearly every morning, and the indoor dining room is attractive and well-staffed.

While we liked our room, the lighting was so poor that it was impossible to read. Because of the high ceilings, the hanging light's output was inadequate; two floor lights didn't function at all; and there were no reading lights next to the bed.

The air conditioner never worked, even when i called a few times to front desk to help with the issue. I couldn’t sleep at all, so it was a really bad night for us when the only reason we stayed there was to be comfortable

They rip you off on breakfast, but everything else is very good.

Location and the place in general is great.

I booked and paid breakfast for three guest, but only recieved for two. And, the discount they give on it is misleading. You always have to pay extra, even if you ask only for what the voucher says

Perfect oasis in Morelia

Spectacular building right in the centre of town. Really excellent restaurant. Large, comfortable rooms and charming staff. Definitely one for the wish list. Exceptionally clean and Covid compliant

Ongoing sewage smell in the bathroom, worse when running the shower :( AC was good, but not sure it will adequately cool the room if the area was experiencing very hot temps.
