Christmas Market short break

We booked a superior twin room. It was very spacious and had a great view from the 5th floor. We gad a walk in shower room and plenty of closet space. We had a safe and a fridge. Breakfast had a great range of continental foods. The facility were very clean and welcoming. Friendy staff from reception to maid services, and they all spoke very good English. They had a pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna which was all very nice. My friend and I both had a massage which was very reasonably priced and relaxing. We went to Gdansk for the Christmas markets and the young lady at the desk for the pool was very helpful in telling were places were and what was nice to try in Polish foods on the markets. overall experiences 10.

The hotel doesnt put on a airport shuttle. We arranged with the hotel to have a shuttle in advance. Unfortunately i didnt realise that there was a cost to it. On booking. com in the small print it does say addition charges. i feel this was a little misleading as i selected only hotels with airport shuttles. What they did do was ordered me a taxi to the hotel which we then had to pay for. The second thing I feel I should knock a point off would be the hotel scales to weigh luggage. Being a seasoned traveller most hotels will have bag scales. Unfortunately this hotel didn't. They did offer two females friends travelling a hand scale which you tie to the handle of your suitcase and one person lifts up a 20kg bag. That's not easy. At one point my friend injured herself because the strap wasn't clipped together properly and it hit her in the face. I feel awful taking a point off. But please invest in a proper luggage scale as this could be avoided. Other than that this hotel is fantastic hotel, great location to most place in the old town and new.

Litt harde senger, ansatte forstod det meste på engelsk, men ikke alt. Kunne kanskje delt ut kart og tips til hva man kan gjøre i nærheten

Excellent Hotel

Excellent Hotel, very attentive hotel reception staff, room exceptionally clean, wellness centre great if you time it right for the pool (it was full of kids one day at teatime), breakfast had plenty of choice and great location.

Some of staff in wellness centre not very helpful not sure if it was a language problem but first visit we did not get told where towels where or where to go - the other visits ran more smoothly apart from when the one occasion the pool was rather full with kids.

Ilość plusie zdecydowanie większa niż minusów - bardzo możliwe, że wrócę przy następnej wizycie w Gdańsku

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo wygodne łóżko, basen - idealny relaks po zimowych spacerach. Restauracja 10/10

Ogólnie wrażenia pozytywne. Czysto, schludnie. Cena pokoju atrakcyjna, tylko cena śniadań za wysoka.

Miłym dodatkiem jest basen, jacuzzi, sauna fińska (sucha) i parowa. Przy saunie parowej przydałaby się informacja z jaką częstotliwością jest wypuszczana para (co ile minut), ponieważ spędziłem w niej ok. 10 minut i nic się nie wydarzyło.

Cena 110 zł za śniadanie do najtańszego pokoju to zdecydowanie za dużo. To samo śniadanie było do kupienia w barze (w którym śniadanie mają także goście hotelowi) za 51 zł. Wybór śniadań mały. Standardem jest przeważnie szwedzki stół, którego tutaj brak. Frankfurterki były bardzo słone (tak słonych to jeszcze nie jadłem, jak niemoczone śledzie), co jest chyba standardem w tym lokalu, bo był o tym wpis innej osoby w opiniach na Google Maps. Internet darmowy wymaga logowania na stronie hotelu, a nie każdy ma na to ochotę. Były niby sieci oznaczone numerami pokoi, ale nie były dostępne (może to te odpłatne, ale nie było w pokoju żadnej informacji na ten temat).

Amazing, Definitely would go back. Wish they had more grano hotels.

It was amazing!!! Loved it here, would definitely come back. Was mine and my friend’s first time in Poland and we loved it!!!

I loved everything. We just had some problems with the room tripping as the lights went off twice but the reception was very quick and effective.

Zachwyt i zadowolonie

Wielkim zaskoczeniem była czystość - naprawdę ciężko byłoby się do czegoś przyczepić. Ładnie wykończony pokój oraz bardzo wygodne, duże łóżko znacząco umiliły pobyt. Na docenienie zasługuje również miła i kompetentna obsługa oraz strefa wellness i spa, gdzie doskonale można było się zrelaksować.

Niestety trafił się wadliwy wentylator, przez co w pokoju było bardzo ciepło. Choć pokoje są bardzo dobrze dźwiękoszczelne - nie można tego samego powiedzieć o drzwiach, które przepuszczały hałasy z korytarza.

Väldigt bra läge, fräscha rum, bra frukost

Ventilationen på rummet var ganska dålig, blev väldigt fuktigt i hela rummet när man duschat. Bäddsoffan var väldigt obekväm, skev och kort.

Awful staff but clean and new hotel

Location and cleanliness

The accommodation possessed favorable qualities, situated conveniently near the city center and exhibiting modern cleanliness. Regrettably, our initial encounter with Pavel at the reception marred our overall experience. He displayed impatience when we sought our room reservation number, initially asserting a singular booking. Although the second reservation was eventually located, his conduct was marked by disrespect. Occupying two rooms for four individuals, we observed that one of the rooms remained unattended throughout our stay, despite notifying the reception after the second night. Our request for towel replacement went unaddressed. Despite the commendable aspects of the hotel, such as its newness, cleanliness, and the quality of breakfast offerings, the unfavorable conduct of the staff, particularly Pavel, diminishes the overall recommendation. Exploring alternative accommodations may yield a more welcoming experience elsewhere.

The sauna and swimming pool facility, beautifully built with a luxurious touch. Staff always friendly and smiling, happy to assist. Amazing location in the heart of the old town with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Positieve ervaring in het algemeen maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar door hardheid van de bedden.

Op hygiëne, ontbijt, locatie en parking viel niets op aan te merken. Op dat vlak 10/10.

Het personeel zowel aan onthaal als aan ontbijt vond ik niet bijzonder vriendelijk en warm, echter wel beleefd zonder meer. Bed vond ik ondermaats voor dergelijk hotel vandaar dat ik hier liever niet terugkom. Voor mensen die van een hard bed houden zal dit ongetwijfeld prima zijn.

Great location, spacious rooms and bonus spa facilities. Couldn’t fault it.

Great location, a 5 minute walk from the city centre. The rooms were great and spacious, we had a balcony which we really appreciated. Spa facilities were great.

Nothing! It was great. If I had one thing to say it would be I wish the spa was open a bit later :) but no issues.
