At night we always hearing some noisy outside, i think it's come from outside big tube.

Free breakfast. Hot tub and good hotel manager.

On of a male front desk receptionist, who is always looking mad and unwilling to let us keep the luggage.

部屋は広く清潔。バスタブにジャグジーがあり、シャワー、トイレも別にあり。朝食も野菜、果物豊富で、コーンスープ、キムチ美味しいです。とても満足しました

挺好的

地理位置好，附近24小时便利店，餐馆很多，很方便。房间不是很新，但是每天打扫的很干净。

房间充电插头太少了，位置也不好。椅子感觉是塑料的，坐着不舒服。提前一天拜托前台帮忙订一个出租车，但是给忘了。希望他们可以提高服务。

Service and the stay was okey for short trip.

Location was perfect. Room was quiet big and bathroom was nice.

Matress of the one bed was very dirty, looked like vormit. Outside was very noisy, me could not sleep for first 2days.

The location is great and very close to bus stops. Staffs are accommodating.

The remote for the smart system is quite hard to control. Maybe the battery is low but it requires hard press before working. I feel like no proper instructions on rules and regulations or at least a written card in the room. I did not know that laundry is only up to 10AM.

Disappointing

Traveled for medical reasons. The location is amazing - the metro is close and the hospital is close as well

The poorest internet connection I've seen in my life in a hotel. Even the whatsapp message takes minutes to be sent (a message one, forget about sending pictures or more). Even writing this review took me 10 minutes to open the app. Such quality is just unacceptable for 2022 in one of the richest districts of Seoul

The location is very good with subway, various restaurants and department stores right next to the hotel. The staff, front desk, and cleaning lady are all very friendly. The free laundry service is very convenient.

The location is great. Almost all places can be accessed by walk. Also, the wifi was working great. I had several video meetings through the Internet platform, and there was no trouble or issue while connecting them using the wifi.

No huge issues during the stay. In the morning time, however, there is some noise from turning on the water of showroom in the other rooms, the level is acceptable though. The bathroom and the toilet in the room are not completely secured from the bedroom. (a curtain between the bedroom and shower area & glass door with no lock for the toilet)

Excellent location and breakfast. Clean room, Kind clerks, bathroom was fantastic and fancy. Big room and bathroom.
