Pleasant BnB with a great breakfast

Good location. Great parking. Very clean. Good breakfast. Made to feel very welcome. Accommodating for dogs. Good facilities.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Mattress was very soft. Think it was quite expensive.

Great central Wales location.

Great location for a family event and new area for us. Plenty of space to park, spacious room, great bathroom.

Not the property, but town was a bit depressing. Needs an injection of investment and new business.

Only stayed 1 night but would have liked to have stayed longer

the room was fantastic, en-suite excellent, although the room looked over some newly built bungalows it did not spoil the view from the windows. I had a good nights sleep which in itself is unusual for me as normally I don't sleep well in strong beds.

I can't think of any negatives to say.

I booked at very short notice, but nothing was too much trouble. I had a good nights sleep, had a great breakfast and le

A total joy

The room was comfortable, clean & tidy & an extra heater was provided in case i got cold which was an added bonus. The bed comfortable so I slept well. Breakfast was home cooked & very tasty & almost in itself made the stay worth while.

Nothing. It was a delight to stay there not just a guest but almost like a member of the family & as I was away from family that was so good.

Really nice place for a few days break.

Excellent hotel. Excellent food.

We were a group of 10 cyclists on a tour and all agreed that the dinner and breakfast provided were excellent. Communication about our stay was very good and there was ample storage for our bikes.

Good location, quiet, good hospitality and good food.

Breakfast was great with a good choice. Sue’s hospitality and the young evening waitresses who did an excellent job.

Room a bit tired, TV too small for room and was almost hanging off the bracket. No choice of tea i.e. fruit teas or mint tea etc. Expensive compared to some other venues we stayed in on this trip.

Great stay

Very friendly staff and welcome plus a free upgrade to a suite which was super! Very clean and comfortable room with lovely views. The breakfast was fabulous (poached egg and avocado on toast). Good range of beers from the bar in a cosy guest lounge!

Great place to stay and perfect location

Superb experience from start to finish. Lovely owners & Excellent breakfast!

Bedroom decor was very 70's and the mattress on the bed was a bit tired
