مكان هادي وقريب للمطار وكانت الاقامة جيدة

طبعاً اشكر الشباب عمر واسلام وغيرهم بتعاونهم والاستقبال الطيب تقريباً 20 د من المطار وبمسافة ليست بعيدة مشي عدة مطاعم . ويصلح للي ترانيت يريح فيه

بعض الغرف التكييف يكون التحكم مركزي

Alles super!! haben es als zwischen Übernachtung genutzt für den Weiterflug nach Deutschland das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend besonders Herr Adil war sehr hilfsbereit und hat keine Fragen offen gelassen . Habe mit meinem Sohn übernachtet und mich sehr wohl gefühlt . Ich würde das hidden hills wieder buchen . Danke

Good hotel for airport transfer

Nice clean facility. The staff is very nice. I enjoyed the breakfast I also ate lunch in the restaurant. My room was very quiet. It was very relaxing. I took the transfer to the airport.

The service was terrible—disappointing, frustrating, and nothing close to what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel.

It’s a fake 5-star hotel, at best 2 stars. First, they didn’t pick us up from the airport despite my scheduling an airport pickup. I was left waiting in the cold with a baby and lots of luggage, struggling to find another ride. When I asked to speak to a manager, a staff member named ‘Hajer’ told me there was no manager available. Shockingly, during my entire stay, they never allowed me to speak to a manager. I’m starting to doubt if the hotel even has one because everything was a mess and poorly organized. When I arrived, I requested help with my eight bags, but they said there was no one available to assist me. I had to push all of them myself on a poorly designed ramp. I had also requested a crib for my baby when I booked the room, but they completely forgot about it. The service was terrible—disappointing, frustrating, and nothing close to what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel.

Llegamos a Estambul a la 1am y en el Hotel nos recibieron amablemente, además el restaurante todavía estaba abierto y pudimos comer, las habitaciones super cómodas y limpias

Удобно, комфортно, близко от аэропорта.

Комфортно, чисто, хороший завтрак. Недалеко от аэропорта - удобно, если вылет на следующий день и нужно переночевать. Персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Особенно внимательным был Adil на ресепшен.

Disappointing

Spacious clean room.

Pushy reception staff requesting we fill in our review in their presence. This was very uncomfortable and I believe the reason for their overall score of 8.8 on the booking.com website. This hotel is substantially overrated at 8.8. I made my booking based on reviews and rating. I would not stay here again.

какие 5 звезд? это хороший 3 звездочный отель. честно говоря купились на 5 звезд и хорошие отзывы, а зря.

неплохой завтрак, достаточно удобные кровати, русская девушка на ресепшен помогала решать проблемы.

грязно! пол в волосах и пыли, на кровати были волосы чужие, прям на самом видно месте! попросили такси заказать в аэропорт к определенному времени, ждали 15 минут, но при этом персонал просил написать хороший отзыв. в ванной в душ страшно зайти, душевая скрипит, еле закрывается и в углах то ли плесень, то ли грязь в стыках со стеной. нет халатов в номерах, воду в кране теплую очень долго ждать, сначала вообще решили что ее нет! и это у нас еще был улучшенный номер

Top pour un bon repos

L'emplacement, la propreté, l'amabilité du personnel notamment Omer et Burhan. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, c'est une très bonne découverte pour moi Le service de taxi est super. Je reviendrai La vue sur la mosquée est magnifique.

The staff were excellent, night staff at reception, restaurant and Alina front desk always helpful., I have mentioned their names in a previous email. Room was great, very comfortable

Comfortable and well catered for.

We cannot thank Omar enough. Very impressive as he spoke fluent English and French which helped us when required. 1 of the 2 rooms we booked had an air conditioning fault and wasn't working, so Omar thankfully moved our party to another room but just as close. Super helpful and friendly. The rooms were decorated well and the bed is super comfortable. Thankfully our rooms this time were at the back of the hotel so when the call at the Mosque happened, it did not impact us. Also the included buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious and the omelette that was prepared was fantastic. If your coming to and from the airport, take their VIP taxi service as its comfortable and air conditioned. Also quick. Think it took us 15-20 mins to get to the hotel.

The VIP taxi smelt of someone who smoked in it when we were collected from the airport. (No issues on the return journey) People who smoke regularly wouldn't have an issue but we were non-smokers so it was an issue as caused discomfort for the 15-20 mins that it took to get to the hotel. If the driver is a smoker, please smoke outside the vehicle as it impacts the people inside it.

Perfect stay close to IST.

Excellent place. Close to the airport. Staff if very friendly. Staff Omar and Yusuf made our check-in and stay very smooth and easy. Omar provided us with the best room. 10/10 specially for Mr. Omar and Yusuf’s hospitality.

Recommended if you want to be close to the airport.

The hotel was so clean and the staff were really nice. Alina, Adil and Omer the receptionists were very supportive and helpful. The VIP shuttle from/to airport was very nice with English speaking drivers.

There are not much facilities and entertainments in the neighbourhood. Not different restaurants, nor shopping opps.

Disappointing

Cheap

The Green Mosque is very close to the hotel. It is impressively enormous. Like 10 times higher than the hotel. And if I wouldn't need just a room for the night between two flights I wouldn't be so surprised with the Adhan from Minarets at 4 in the morning. Breakfast was disappointing. Overall experience was like "Yeah, very cheap hotel. Wouldn't choose it next time"
