Wonderful stay

The hotel’s location is excellent and close to Kyoto Station. It’s also near several markets

Great location, clean and food was great

acros the road to the Kyoto Station, so convenient! Room was clean and breakfast buffet was delicious, I can even take the food back to room for private dining.

check in was via machine so not much human interaction

We enjoy the stay very much.

The breakfast was pretty good. It had a lot of vegetables and I like it. The location of the hotel is fantastic. We can go anywhere with easy access to subway, train and bus. There are a lot of places to eat and shop too.

Would stay again

Clean room, location was next to Kyoto station which was amazing! Area felt safe and staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms had pyjama’s which came in handy

The airconditioning was hard to set correctly and it was not possible to open the window. The airconditioning got either to cold or to hot.

Hotel non convincente.

Sarà che nello stesso viaggio ho usufruito di hotel 4 stelle a Tokyo eccezionali ed ho pagato meno, ma non sono soddisfatto del Keihan. L'unico punto a suo favore è la vicinanza alla stazione, ma con l'efficienza del trasporto pubblico giapponese è una qualità superflua. La stanza è di dimensioni medie per lo standard giapponese, ma il bagno è veramente sacrificato: la console del WC, per risparmiare spazio, è integrata nella parete; la vasca è così piccola che non ci si sta sdraiati. Nella stanza sono presenti 2 sole crocette per appendere abiti e 4 ganci (di cui due già occupati dalle crocette); la stanza va bene per brevi viaggi di affari, ma se uno deve disfare una valigia non sa dove mettere la roba. La colazione è a buffet ma in una area troppo piccola per tutti i clienti dell'albergo e spesso si formano code di attesa; la varietà del cibo e qualità è scarsa. Se non lo chiedete espressamente non vengono a pulire la camera e neanche a rimettere a posto il letto! Se vengono a pulire la camera, vi cambiano obbligatoriamente gli asciugamani (che spreco). Sono sicuro che per la cifra che ho pagato si possa trovare di meglio.

Excellent location and a friendly, helpful staff made for a wonderful stay.

It seems that they have just recently returned to a buffet breakfast format which we (all nine of us) enjoyed very much. It's a wonderful way to start the day. And the location - next to Kyoto Station - was perfect. It enabled us to take full advantage of our JR passes. They provided all of us with umbrellas to help protect us from the rain.

The weather... but that was something that the hotel had no control of.

Overal it was reasonably priced and met our needs.

It was an excellent location very close to Kyoto train station. It was very clean. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast bar had lots of good options and the food was fresh.

My only issue was the beds were very firm. Much firmer than I usually sleep on.

Comfortable and convenient.

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s right across Kyoto Station, the room I got has great space. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The breakfast was generally okay though I wish they would put allergy labels on them.

距離京都車站很近，交通超級方便，南來北往相當便利。接待服務人員非常客氣友善，幫我解決一些住宿問題。房間大小適中，乾淨整潔，床鋪軟硬剛好有助於睡眠。總之就是非常優秀的一間飯店。

교통, 쇼핑, 식당 등 주변에 모든 걸 갖춘 호텔

교토역 바로 아래라서 교통이 매우 좋음. 교토역 하치조우지 서쪽출구로 나오면 바로 앞임. 교토시내관광 대부분이 버스 이용이 편리한데 종합버스정류장이 교토역 바로 위라서 여기저기 다니기 편했음. 또 후시미이나리, 아라시야마 등은 전철로 빠른 시간에 갈 수 있었음. 역 아래 지하 음식점은 매우 넓고 모든 메뉴가 다 있어서 3일 동안 저녁은 거의 여기서 해결함. 호텔은 새로 지어서 매우 깨끗하고 조식도 먹을만함. 방 크기는 그럭저럭 보통임. 다음에도 재방문할 의사 있음.

Super convenient and comfortable.

Incredibly near the train station and is very convenient. The hotel provided amenities and the room is comfy.

Comodissimo per gli spostamenti

Hotel in posizione strategica, proprio davanti alla Kyoto Station. Camera pulitissima come tutto l'hotel ed inoltre molto carina e non troppo piccola (rispetto agli standard giapponesi).

Avrei gradito che la colazione avesse piatti più 'occidentali' o anche più tipici della colazione giapponese (es. riso bianco, tamago, miso ecc) ma era perlopiù composta da verdure, carne, zuppe ecc. Non è stata di mio gusto ma non mi sento di dare un voto basso all' hotel per questo motivo perché il resto era perfetto.

The location of the hotel is just across Kyoto station, the size of room is bigger than usual Japan standard, the bed is comfortable & clean, near Aeon mall, & many restaurants around the hotel

위치가 교토역에서 가까웠고, 돈키호테가 가까워서 선물사기 좋았음. 근처 식당 찾기가 어려울 경우 교토역 지하 푸드홀을 이용하니 가깝고 다양하게 이용할 수 있어서 좋았음.

조식이 깔끔하고 다양하게 갖추어져 있긴 했지만, 든든한 아침식사로는 약간의 아쉬움이 있고, 단체 여행객이 있어서 혼잡했음.
