Our beautiful, dog-friendly home features four comfortable bedrooms, hot tub, pool table, arcade, charcoal grill, and much more! Plus, with our high-speed WiFi and plenty of laptop friendly workspaces, you and your kids can quickly knock out meetings and homework to get down to real business: enjoying all that Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg have to offer!
Our cabin is just around the corner from the majestic Gatlinburg Golf Course, 5 minutes from Dollywood / Dollywood Splash Country, 15 minutes from Smoky Mountains National Park, and 45 minutes from the Knoxville airport. Constructed in 2018, the cabin showcases an open floor plan decorated with new, upscale furniture. It also features a large charcoal grill and a fully equipped modern kitchen, providing everything you need to prepare delicious gourmet meals for your friends and family! And if you will be traveling with infants or young toddlers, we keep two high-chairs in the cabin (as well as two Pack 'n Plays) so your little ones can join you at the dinner table!

There is so much to do at our cabin, you won’t want to go to bed! But when you finally do, you will be welcomed by a plush mattress with memory foam topper, 1800 thread count microfiber sheets, an ultra-soft luxury blanket, and cozy duvet to lead you into a deep, restful, and restorative sleep. You will wake up feeling rejuvenated, ready for the day ahead. However, if you do need that extra boost in the morning, we have both a classic Keurig® and a standard drip coffee maker. We provide complimentary Keurig® pods, ground coffee, creamer, and sugar.

There are 3-4 parking spots (depending on vehicle size) available in front of the cabin.
We have an excellent housekeeping team that will have thoroughly cleaned the cabin prior to your arrival. However, if they missed anything and the place is not to your satisfaction, we offer a 24-hour clean guarantee, and would be glad to promptly send our team back out to address any areas that were overlooked.
There is a one-time, $165 pet fee. Well-trained dogs only, please. Three dogs maximum.
Minimum age for primary renter is 21.

We absolutely loved staying in this cabin. It’s tucked away up in the mountain so you still have the beautiful views, and can even see some fireworks from Dollywood, but easy access to all the nearby attractions and shopping. It made our stay so much less stressful. The property manager was incredibly accommodating and responsive. We were dodging a hurricane and arrived a day early and they were able to accommodate us at a super short notice. They answered all questions within an hour. Can’t say enough good things about them and the cabin! Would definitely recommend to anyone

This was a great spot for our family to stay. With kids and 2 sets of grandparents, we found the space perfect. Main level bedrooms and bath for the grandparents (no stairs). Game area upstairs for the kids. Nice master for us, with plenty of room for smaller kids to be in the same room if needed.

We chose this place for location and being dog friendly. Property was just as described. 4 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. Conveinent location on a short but slightly steep road near Dollywood, you can actually see Dollywood through the trees and hear the train. Parking area is flat at cabin and easy to park. Local market and great pizza place at the entrance to resort area. Just a 5 min drive to Food City. Hot tub on deck was clean and warm upon arrival, not as private as I would have wanted as the cabin deck next door looked right into our deck area with hot tub. Small but adequate grassy area for your dog to use. Fully stocked utility area with washer, dryer, vacuum, broom, etc. to use while there. Well stocked with cleaning supplies, tp, paper towels, and starter shampoo. Good supply of towels. Ceiling fans located throughout house. AC worked great, we like it around 68. All laminate or tile flooring, no carpet. Good kitchen, dining, and living area, only wish it would have had more seating in living area and lighting over dining table.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yourcation rental! It was very clean, uncluttered, and it was the most thoroughly stocked rental that I have ever been to! Trash bags, cleaning supplies, scissors, hand soap, spices, extra pillows/blankets/towels...you name it! It was a all there! My communication with the owner was prompt and pleasant. The house was conveniently located within minutes of anything and everything you would want or need. I would definitely stay here again! We wanted to enjoy a large family trip to wind down the end of summer. After our dates changed we quickly needed to find new lodging. Our hosts were quick to respond with any messaging and accommodating with our needs in a short amount of time. When we arrived to the home the check-in process was seamless as we had received any and all details we may need prior to arrival. Our group included 4 generations which included and infant and small dog. The home was in immaculate and inviting condition, with any amenity that our family would need. Including baby and pet items that we may need. The location of Yourcation was perfect. We all desired that rustic, yet modern, cabin feel with Mountain View’s without the steep mountain drive. We were also close to grocery stores and all of the activities of the area. This covered everyone’s wish list. At different times we had 3 adults and 3 children doing work or schooling assignments virtually and the WiFi was able to accommodate. My children have already requested that we rent this home again when we return to Pigeon Forge. We would love to return and hope you’ll have us back. Thank you!

Was a short 3 day get away, that was much needed for 10 of us. Perfect size cabin. Super clean, and they layout was perfect for that many people. Had so many amenities. Cleaning supplies, paper towels, garbage bags, even coffee. Loved, loved, loved the location! Everything was so close. Highly recommend. Only complaint, is that we couldn’t have stayed at least 2 more days. Will definitely book earlier next time.

Amazing and Fun (per my 9 yr old)
This cabin had everything we needed for our multi-generational family. My girls (ages 14 and 9) enjoyed having a room and bathroom to themselves. They also liked that they could share a top bunk. A bonus was having two thermostats since my mother-in-law likes it warmer and we like it cooler. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped. My daughters enjoyed the pool table, games, and arcade.
I also liked that it was very close to Splash Country which is a must for my girls. It was very convenient to the Parkway for restaurants and shopping.
The only negative (which has nothing to do with the cabin itself) is the train whistle. It was pleasant at first but it got annoying when trying to get to sleep.

Our favorite features were:
•mattresses so comfortable that we removed the covers to see the brand for our guest room
•so clean that a crawling 11 month old didn’t get a single piece of dust on him
•so close to Dollywood you can see the train from the back deck which was great entertainment for the 2 year old and 11 month old
•amazingly stocked and organized kitchen
•actual hot water and great water pressure in all the showers
•close enough that UberEats could deliver Starbucks and it was still hot
•Within 5 minutes of the Pigeon Forge strip
•well spread out so the pre-teen could get away from the toddlers
•they actually stocked high chairs and playpens that are thoroughly cleaned
•an actual TV large enough to be appropriate for a living room

Best location with a view
This rental is in a great location! You can walk to the pizza place or drive 5 min to all the hot spots in Pigeon Forge. Unlike most convenient locations, the views are still amazing! You can see the mountains from the front yard and Dollywood from the back deck! The hot tub was hot and the beds were comfortable. What more could you ask for? We really enjoyed staying here!

The house was well located, had a great layout, was well furnished and clean. The host made everything easy and was very communicative. We had 4 older teens plus my husband and I and 2 small dogs. There was plenty of space with activities for everyone. I highly recommend this property!

This cabin was in a great location…it was pretty quite when we were there. There were lady bugs as other people have stated but it didn’t bother me enough to complain about it. Overall the place was nice and like I said a great location to everything without being right in the middle of everything. A Stay So Good We Extended Our Vacay!
The posting does not do this cabin justice at all! The hosts completely thought of EVERYTHING you could need and have it in the cabin. There’s even a box fan, pet bowls and accessories, hair dryers, cleaning supplies, and even umbrellas and yoga mats! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including a crock pot. The only thing I needed that was not in the cabin was a gallon tea pitcher, but I left one for future guests. The cabin is close enough to all restaurants that Grubhub, DoorDash, and Uber Eats is always available. The family room is so comfortable, and the two Wi-Fi networks make streaming your favorite shows a breeze. The hot tub on this deck was clean and worked properly, and the views were amazing. You can see Dollywood perfectly, although during our visit it was closed for winter. The second floor features a pool table, a small table, wine fridge, and a smart tv in the game room. There is a queen over queen bunk room with a smart tv and it’s own bathroom on this level. The master bed and bath is AMAZING! I personally fell in love with the soaker tub. My husband loved the private deck with rocking chairs. All of the beds in the cabin were SO comfortable! The cabin was so clean, and communication with the host was easy and I always received a quick response! We extended our stay just to have a few more days of relaxation. We will definitely be back!
