고기냄새 진동하는 최악의 숙소

1층 이자까야 고기굽는 냄새가 베란다창문을 열지않아도 오후부터 진동해서 밤에는 여기가 숙소인지 고깃집인지 헷갈림. 상주직원도 없어서 얘기할데도 없음 숙소 청소상태도 더러움. 거실바닥, 방구석구석 먼지에 얼룩진 다다미바닥, 냄새나는 수건과 이불, 라탄 사이사이에 때가 까맣게 낀 탁자들, 좁은 수영장. 왜 다들 여길 극찬하는지 모르겠음. 숙박시설 많이 이용해봤지만 나에겐 최악의 숙소. 운영진이 밤에 이 방에 와서 냄새 한번 맡아봤다면 양심 이 방은 손님 받지 말아야 됨. 숙박내내 너무 짜증남

實際看到房間真的讓我非常的驚艷到！空間很大真的好讚～而且還有浴缸！泳池的風景午後晚上真的是超美～下次有來還是會選擇這邊！這兩天真的太少了😭😭

Beautiful location and beautiful place to stay.

Clean and very spacious! I loved the separate room with its down bathroom.

Great for a Quick Off-Season Okinawa Stay

Our room was a great size for our family of 4. There were restaurants and convenience stores near the location, a 7 minute walk to American Village, and an easy 15 minute walk to the Beach. It was great to have a washer and dryer.

This was our 1st stay in a Japanese style hotel. Everything was great, but the pillows were uncomfortable. We had an early flight in and nowhere to store our luggage prior to check-in.

採用自助入住，可預先於網路填寫資料，方便快速。整體空間寬敞，可惜榻榻米沒有隔間。頂樓無邊際泳池精緻小巧，景色絕佳。距離美國村很近，地理位置佳。

停車位可能會被來一樓餐廳用餐的客人佔用

屋上にプールが有り、トイレ・シャワーが２つある所がり、洗濯・乾燥機もあるので人数いると助かる

廊下が寒すぎて、プール後部屋に帰る時風邪ひきそう

地點很好離美國村和商場都很近

第一次使用無人櫃檯的登記入住方式。首先飯店在線上客服的對話過程中提供了錯誤操作訊息，導致處理的過程沒能對當下的旅客困難做到充分了解和協助。浪費彼此的時間。後續的跟進中沒有正視問題所在、釐清系統問題或者溝通障礙。光道歉一個用字錯誤實在是很片面也很敷衍。不能接受飯店的地方在於，入住前一天收到了飯店發來的信件要求入住者透過連結登錄證件和上傳照片。完成了之後，在隔天要入住時朋友們先到現場卻發現還是要另外提供證件以便櫃檯的pad可以掃描登記。我們就透過官網找到line的客服帳號，並溝通請團隊確認雲端數據來幫助我們完成登記入住。客服沒搞清楚狀況反覆的告知透過連結或者現場的iPad提供證件即可辦理入住，我們因為是兩撥人分開行動，所以也配合的再次使用連結想完成所謂證件的上傳。但系統ㄧ是沒有及時更新上傳的內容、再者我們也因為跟線上客服溝通上的困難感到困擾。最終是使用現場的iPad掃描證件才完成了登記。究竟是線上系統的雲端存取有問題才導致無法直接入住嗎？那線上客服為什麼不能做出解釋、避免無效溝通？重複一樣的話想讓客人自己奇蹟般解決問題又沒有要找問題癥結的話，那客服實在沒有存在意義。相當糟糕的入住經驗、相當不愉快的客服溝通經驗。

大人数でも快適に過ごせるホテル

大人数で利用させてもらったが、トイレ、シャワーも2ヵ所あり、洗濯機、乾燥機もふるで利用させてもらった。屋上のプールも良かったです。食器洗いのスポンジも新しいもので清潔感があり良かったです。

何処で靴を脱いだらいいか迷った。お風呂に換気扇がついていたら良かったです。

A well needed holiday and location was superb as it wasn't so far for us to travel

Spacious, food downstairs was top notch. Relatively quiet, pool upstairs was nice. All food places we wanted was within walking distance. American Village within walking distance as well. Whole family loved it. We traveled from Hong Kong with two kids.

Needed to know where we could put our recycling, in the end it just stockpiled in the room. Strange not having a person to greet us but we understand the need for lessened contact.

Yakitori on the bottom floor, pool on the roof, happy in the middle.

Awesome! We loved getting dinner to go at the izakaya. My son enjoyed the pool!

Fabulous!! It was like staying in a penthouse.

This place was amazing.. The space was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Great location walking distance to the American village. Pool was great especially when the bar was open.

The Bar was not open all the time or definite same times each day. Extra towels or Beach/Pool Towels would help.

Good location, large clean suite, wish there was staff on property.

The location is central and makes it easy to get to beaches and the rest of the island. The building itself is next to a Family Mart and a very short walk (5 mins) to a McDonald’s.

There is no staff on the property. We understood this but when it came to practicality it was inconvenient. We had an issue that was resolved later in the day but it was difficult to communicate. We also did not get fresh towels, enough wash cloths, or clean sheets during our stay.
