Hot Water: The property has a heating and water control unit that is on the kitchen counter. There is an instruction manual for it in the house information folder. Guests can adjust the temperature and the hot water to suit their needs.
Utilities: Electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Standard: Microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
Other: Linen and towels, robes and toiletries provided, travel cot (cot linens are not provided) and highchair available to use. Beach bag with plates , cups , knives and forks.
Parking: Private parking at rear of property and roadside parking at front of property.
A beach hut is available for use at £225 p.w. and must added at the time of booking.
You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.

Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only. Extra charge may be payable (up to £25 per pet per week). Please contact the holiday cottage agency directly after booking to arrange.
