Solid location and the perfect place to start and end a day of exploring

The facilities and cleanliness were great. Really close to public transport lines which made everything easy. It was the perfect place to start and end a day of exploring!

Рекомендую для 2-3 человек максимум.

Небольшие апартаменты,максимум для 3 человек. Ожидание и реальность соответствует цене. Хорошее расположение у парка,где находится Дворец. Рядом есть несколько продуктовых магазинов.В принципе есть все необходимое,но хотелось бы больше аккуратности в кухонных аксессуарах .Лучше убрать половину принадлежностей с маленькой кухни,чтобы освободить место для готовки,оставив самое необходимое.Для ванной комнаты нужно приобрести одинаковые емкости для мыла и шампуня, пользоваться чьим-то остатками мыла, не комфортно. Администратор отвечал на вопросы быстро. Немного запутались с поиском квартиры,она находится под номером 1-D, на втором этаже.

Слышимость и ремонт в соседней квартире.

Excelente y completísimo apartamento muy bien ubicado.

Muy muy completo. El espacio estaba muy bien aprovechado. Una de las más grandes y mejores duchas que he visto. Ubicación excelente. Barrio agradable. Supermercado a una manzana. Regalito para los niños. Infusiones y cafés.

Por poner algo, la cama es comodísima, pero es de 1,35 y cabe una de 1,50. Por poner algo.

Beautiful!

They thought of everything that we would need. It was a fantastic location. The bathroom was fantastic, great balcony for people watching, close to everything! One of the best!

Super comfy short stay in Madrid.

Everything was perfect. Despite a bit tight for the family of four, but we were just two days so we don’t complain. Location is superb. Lots of parks nearby, Real Palacio, Cathedral, Latina neighborhood, grocery stores, fast food restaurants, bus stop. Don’t know what to add more.

The apartment was really nice, looked like newly renovated, it has a great shower and you could find everything you needed inside. Silvia was very nice and communicative, she also left something for our daughter in the apartment which we really apreciated. The place is near a park, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Madrid stole my heart years ago! A beautiful city and this cute apartment is perfect for exploring Madrid. PS….. the own

Clean, contemporary and well equipped this apartment is perfect for a couple. Excellent AC, easy access including a wee lift. Fab bed and a big sofa bed option too if required. The shower is A-mazing! Great location for evenings in Plaza Mayor and surrounding tapas bars and markets.

For me, as an asthmatic the steep incline/steps up into the city was too much but we managed well with Uber taxi there and a gorgeous sunset walk home down the steps by the big bridge 🌉 Fitter people will easily manage the walk either way in 15 minutes or so.

This apartment earned my best review in Booking.com so far!

This fully renovated and fully equipped apartment is located in the first floor of an old building. I have seen the narrowest elevator of my life here (but surely better than not having it). The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very nice, clean and large shower that you can't even find in 5 star hotels. The highlight of this place is its cleanness and I really hope it stays like this until we stay there again!

Very very minor point: It would be very helpful to have a curtain between bedroom and living/kitchen room. This way you don't disturb the sleeping person with bright lights.

Madrit is a beautiful city

the apartment is small but newly renovated and clean. the architect made a great job in choosing furniture. it is very comfortable in such a small space and you can have everything you need (even a table for 4 if you wish). i know what Im saying - we were staying for 3 nights (2 adults and 2 kids). sofa bed is very big and comfortable as well. the location is great. you have stores, restaurants, bars nearby as well as walking distance to all attractions. we did not use public transport at all. the building itself is nice too (it is an old building so the lift is very small - our prom did not fit in but the apartment is on the 1st floor so it is manageble). If Im back in Madrit I will stay there again.

The apartment was very well equipped with dish washer, cutlery etc, there was a full equipped kitchen and the bathroom had a laundry machine. The apartment was brand new and the shower a wellness shower, where you can even sit down.

The walk to the city takes about 30 minutes.
