Para no repetir y una lástima porque el apartamento tiene muchas posibilidades.

Buen apartamento y bien situado, pero mal gestionado con un servicio deficiente.

Eramos dos adultos y dos menores, la cama de la habitación era estupenda, pero en el salón no se podía dormir. Mucho ruido de la calle y muy incomodo el sofá (tuvimos que dormir tres en la cama y uno en el salón). Me pidieron una fianza de 100 euros de la cual no me avisaron hasta que no aboné el apartamento antes de ir, tardaron una semana en devolverla. Tienen llave electrónica para entrar al portal, no funcionaba y nos tuvo que abrir un vecino porque a pesar de avisar que nos iba mal, nadie vino a ayudar. A pesar de haberlo solicitado con antelación no pudimos tener dos llaves físicas (las únicas que nos aseguraron el acceso por el portal) hasta tres días después.

The flat inside is ok and location is good. However the property management is awful.

The property management is awful, I hated every single bit of it. That should most certainly be changed. I would not consider using this property in the future due to the style in management, the communication, the house rule to pay €100 as you would for renting a house under a contract, the lack of clarity on how to use the code with the key app, the car park which is extremely tight that I would have preferred to pay a rental in the town center, the walls which are full of scratches and need a repaint...

Exceptional

We liked the apartment a lot, very spacious and comfortable. Good location, quiet bedroom even though located on a busy street. Staff was so responsive, always replying within minutes!

So many body milks and no shower gel. The virtual key is a good idea but sometimes we would need to try a couple of times before it worked.

A beautiful apartment in a convenient location for visiting the city center

The apartment was large, beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Kitchen was equipped with cooking utensils and the bed was comfortable. Automated keys through the mobile app were great for when we wanted to leave the apartment separately.

The apartment is above a busy street so the living room which is on the street side is a bit noisy.

Modern apartment with fantastic location!!!!

We had great expectations on this property as the pictures were very nice. And the apartment met then all. It is absolutely fantastic! We rented a car and the parking was very inconvenient as the apartment is downtown! It was a 10 experience thanks to the managers, Pili was fantastic and always available for any question.
