This stylish corner apartment is in a perfect location with fabulous city views in multiple directions. It's a bright and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with an additional sofa bed, ideal for families, business travelers, or couples traveling together. The building has a pool and an amazing outdoor rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of the skyline and lake. This is the best location in the city!
The Space:
Located in a secure, high-end building in the center of Chicago! Once you're inside, you're greeted by a light-filled apartment with windows on every wall. The views during the day are fantastic - but it's even more magical at night! Right out the window, you'll see a unique scene of diverse and historic Chicago architecture with the bustling city below.
Everything is top of line and interior design is a passion of ours - so the furnishing of the unit reflects that! There is fast internet, a smart TV with Roku, and comfortable modern furniture to lounge on.
The kitchen and living room are open. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and all the tools you need to cook a great meal. We have a 2-person bistro dining table and 3 counter stools for the granite kitchen island. Plenty of room for all guests to dine comfortably or to use as a workspace.
For each guest, the comfortable beds have crisp, clean linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa
We also provide towels, detergent, iron, etc. and you have full access to the in-unit washer and dryer!

The Loop is the heart of Chicago and the most central location in the entire city! You are surrounded by world-class architecture, shopping, theaters, parks, and other sites. You can quickly walk to Millennium Park, the lakefront, the Chicago River, the Magnificent Mile, the Art Institute, and so much more. The Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, and Soldier Field are just a 5 minute ride. Oak Street for luxury shopping and the West Loop restaurant row for world class dining are only 5 minutes away as well!
Getting Around:
Our place is surrounded by trains and buses that will take you anywhere in the city you want to go! Uber and Lyft is also available 24/7. You'll have no trouble getting around without a car.
Parking is not included with our listing, but there are many nearby parking garages close to our building (within a couple blocks). We also suggest using SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book discounted parking. You can usually find reasonable overnight parking for $15 to $25.
Other Things to Note:
Although located on a high floor, this property still receives some ambient noise from the nearby L train, which is normal for apartments in downtown Chicago. We provide ear plugs and noise machines for light sleepers.
Dogs allowed only with prior approval. Please inquire about breed restrictions. 35 pound weight limit. $35/night per pet fee applies. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee.

This comfortable and roomy apartment is just a block from the train—easy access to everything. The bedroom facing the train tracks can sometimes be a bit noisy, but the other bedroom is quiet.

The property was super easy to access via any public transportation. We used the "L" orange line from Midway airport and got off within a block of our VRBO. We asked a lot of qustions a the front desk and they were always friendly and helpful for us "rookies". We had a grocery store (Bockwinkel's) within a couple of blocks that had amazing soups and plenty of other options. The property had plenty of kitchen supplies for our needs. There are no food or cooking items as the owners request all food items be disposed of after each stay. We would certainly stay here again for our next Chicago adventure.

The apartment was very clean and just as described. The hosts were responsive and super accommodating.
You really can't beat the location. You can walk to just about anywhere, or hop on any of the trains, all of which are no more then 2 blocks away. We took the red line to Wrigley several days in a row and were able to get there in 15 mins.
The building itself is also pretty good. The rooftop terrace is a great amenity, though it could use some TLC. Some things are in disrepair up there. The people working in the lobby were all really friendly and helpful, which came as a shock to us east coast folk :)
The noise from the "L" trains are really not that bad, the noise machine or earplugs should suffice for most people not used to cities. My only real suggestion for the owner would be to install blackout shades in the bedrooms. It is super bright in there with just mini blinds.
Overall, I highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to take in all that Chicago has to offer. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again!

This is a very difficult review to write because it was such a mixed experience. First the location is right downtown which is very convenient and so easy to use public transportation. Even with 2 kids under 5 we only used public transport for the entirety of the trip. The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Yes there is a lot of city noise but actually it did not bother any of us including my 3 and 4 year olds.
When we arrived we discovered that the washing machine was broken, we were traveling lite with 2 kids and absolutely needed it. Staywell arranged for us to use the washer in the apartment next door and it was a lifesaver and really feel like it was wonderful service from them.
The apartment was pretty warm and the AC did not work, it was apparently a building issue but was not fixed by the time we left and our last day there was very uncomfortably warm.
The huge downside for us was marijuana smoke seeping into the apartment through the bathroom vents. It smelled so strongly at times we had to leave the door closed and vent on. It was very uncomfortable especially with our two young children. Also just be aware both showers cannot be used at the same time, the water pressure will drop to zero in one of them. Not a big deal but just be sure how you time your showering.
Overall, this was a great stay and would probably have been perfect for a group less bothered by smoke.

We had an amazing experience in Chicago. This place has beautiful views and a lot of space. It really is right in the middle of everywhere you want to go. The only issue we encountered was that the AC in the building was not turned on yet, and the weather was unseasonably hot, but that was no fault of the host. They helped us out since they could not control the AC and made sure we enjoyed our stay!

The property was in a great location with good security at the entrance. Older building but updated. Nice views of the city from the unit. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Only comment would be that the LR furniture could have been a little larger and more comfortable to match the quality of the rest of the unit. Overall very good and I would stay again.

We loved the corner apartment with one exception- the L train. There is no amount of white noise that will drown out the high pitched squealing noise of the trains turning. Be prepared for little sleep. Other than this, the place was perfect.

We loved the property and the location. The trains were a bit loud at night, but the owners have noise machines, fans and ear plugs to help with the noise. The condo had all the necessary amenities and we loved the rooftop area and pool table. It was an easy walk to shopping, Chicago sites and fabulous restarants. We loved it!

Very easy to park (used Spot Hero) and then utilize bikes, Uber, etc to get around to numerous attractions. The Riverwalk was nearby along with parks and loads of great dining options. White noise in bedroom was a bonus. Couldn’t have been happier with the location.

July 4th Getaway
The actual unit was clean, comfortable, and relatively spacious for an apartment. The noise from the train was not too bad in the room that overlooks the tracks, and there were earplugs by the nightstand if needed. The other room is on the opposite side of the apartment and the family that stayed there did not notice the train noise.
We were unable to find the pool....either because the directions were unclear, or perhaps there are hours it is not opened, as the door we thought led to access was locked and would not open even with scanning the key fob. Also, the rooftop deck was much smaller than anticipated, and we were unable to use it because the spot was already taken.
The unit is non smoking, however I am not certain the rest of the building is as the hallways seemed to have a smoke smell.
The location is great...there are many pay parking lots within a short walking distance, there are lots of restaurants nearby, Millenium Park is right around the corner, there are two grocery stores within a few blocks, and any other attractions are within walking distance or a quick trip on public transportation.
Overall, based on the location and the condition of the unit, we will definitely consider this place again.

Downtown Chicago Family Trip
Our family of 4 had a great stay here. The condo was spacious and clean and super convenient to get around downtown. Earplugs were suggested by otger reviewers and the condo owner leaves some by the bed. They do help at night as the L train seems to run all night! But we were there for the experience and it was great! Strongly suggest taking an uber to get aroubd as finding overnight parking can be a challenge. for that we used spot hero. Highly recommmend this condo. Was perfect for us and our time there. Would go back again!
