Muito bom custo benefício mas com algumas mudanças, poderia ficar melhor.

Local muito bem localizado, de frente pra estação e perto de centro para andar de carro, o trânsito é tão ruim que nem valia apena andar de carro.

Banheiro estava com um cheiro forte de xixi e o estacionamento não senti seguro ou confortável com ele, eles guardam e retiram o carro, porém deixam as chaves no carro, qualquer um que acesse pode entrar em outro veículo e pegar ou fazer algo se tiver más intenções, mas não tive problemas.

It's okay.

The hotel is very close to the subway, the local staff is very polite. The breakfast is a bit expensive but delicious.

The location is very dangerous, even the 1-minute walk from the subway to the hotel is not advised at night. Communication with the hotel is terrible, I asked some questions and never got an answer via the Booking website or email, and it took me many attempts over the phone to get someone to help me.

silencio e limpeza - o hotel é atraente na recepção, aconchegante, muito limpo e organizado, bastante silencioso.

ar condicionado demora funcionar, desliga automatico de 2 em 2 horas, voce acorda no meio da noite suando de calor. descarga do banheiro nao funciona, equipe do hotel nao repunha toalhas e papel higienico. O bairro é muito perigoso, localização é pessima para sair com a familia. Café da manha variado com frutas bolos salgados paes, porem produtos de media qualidade - salgados sem recheio, massa dura, molho de salsicha servido o mesmo por 4 dias, frutas passadas.

Tivemos uma péssima experiência na hospedagem. Começando pela recepção que o valor que a atendente me cobrou foi o dobro da reserva feita no site da booking após questionar o valor ela encontrou no sistema o valor correto. Me entregou a chave pro quarto e no quarto informado quando abri a porta tinha um senhor usando na estadia dele o quarto. Ali já gerou desconfiança e credibilidade de segurança nesse hotel no centro de SP. Tive que descer novamente na recepção e pegar nova chave. Quando entramos pro novo quarto o banheiro era todo adaptado para deficiente interfonei e questionei a modalidade do quarto informaram que só tinha esse. E logo após os banhos o banheiro alagava todo pois a água não descia nos ralos instalados. Foi solicitado camareira pra faxinar o quarto e a mesma não compareceu. Foi uma péssima experiência pra mim e ficou muito pior pois estava com meu bebê de 2 anos.

Banheiros imundos com sujeira de gerações passadas, lençóis manchados e quartos fedendo a suor! Acabei realizando meu checkout antes e troquei de hotel, saí tão transformada que não tirei foto dos problemas. Não vale o custo-benefício.

Great hotel in a marginal area

The infrastructure of the hotel is great, the problem is the neighborhood in which it is located. it is not safe to walk around after 6 or 7 pm; There are very few places to dine out, so we mostly had to order to eat in the hotel or take an Uber.

Very good hotel, new, modern and clean. Wonderful breakfast.

The most disrespectful and slow staff possible, waited 30min to be checked in even though I was second in line, the whole afternoon I saw a long line to do check in at the reception who was mean and completely not communicative Also, the rooms are bad quality and not very well cleaned. Definitely not worth the money

"Airport hotel" right in the centre of Sao Paolo :)

we liked that the room was simple and small yet well designed. it was right at the train station, which made it easy to get from the airport and back with the direct train #13 as we only had a short stay in sao paolo.

the towels were not ready in our room when we checked in (due to them still being in laundry) - so we had to wait an hour or 2 before we could shower. I didn't like the selection and quality of food served at the breakfast buffet, i really recommend to save your money and book the room without breakfast and eat elsewhere.

Bad location, very noisy but close to the train station, I don’t recommend going out at night better to stay in the room after 20:00
