Clean, comfortable and the office made contact when an item of jewellery was found.

For an overnight stay it was excellent as there were cafes and supermarkets close by and it was 5 minutes from the airport. I would use the facilities again as a washer and drier are available.

Carrying my bag up the stairs. Thank goodness I was with two nieces.

ENJOYABLE-ABOVE AND BEYOND

Appropriate location, room exceeded my expectations. Well equipped with necessities,washing machines,dryer,cooking utensils and the likes,even salt & pepper. Accessibility to shopping centres which made it all the more convincing.

通り道を挟んだ数件先にスーパーマーケットがあるので、便利だった。横幅はないが、天井が高く縦に広い部屋だった。

１階は店舗（バー）で、２階の部屋へ上がるためには長い階段があるので、重いスーツケースを持って上げるのはかなりしんどかった。駐車場がないので、路駐になる。

Excellent, clean rooms, great location and easy check in.

The apartment was more spacious than expected. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was supplied. There was an iron and ironing board, a washer and dryer with soap powder included if you needed that type of thing. The kitchen was equipped with everything you'd need. The shower pressure was awesome and even has hair wash and body wash in the shower. The TV was a smart TV so we were able to log in to our streaming platforms whilst there. Location wise it was in the middle of Kilbirnie right near all the shops, supermarkets and eateries so location was great and only 10 mins or so out of the centre of Wellington city.

Perfect. Highly recommended.

Amazing property. They had thought of everything. Exceptionally clean. Communication great. Access easy. Quiet. Convenience store, liquor store and chemist opposite. A couple of minutes walk from bus stop. Highly recommended and only $50 more than a hostel we stayed at in Greytown the following night which had shared bathrooms.

We were quite hot there and found the tech aspects of signing in stressful.

It was in central Kilbirnie and close to every place we wanted to go. The skylights were really nice.

We had a lot of trouble getting the air conditioning to work, there weren't any instructions. We also had trouble doing the contactless entrance and getting a code. The first code we got didn't work and when I called the person kept insisting that it would work, but eventually they sent me another code and we got in OK. A future visitor would definitely need a working cell phone to make the process of getting in go smoothly.

Great except for the noise coming from the outside lounge window.

It is spacious and clean and handy to shops

There was a very loud noise coming from a fan out the window of the living area and it was terribly hard to tolerate. Ruined what would have been a great experience

Absolutely horrible. If you would like to get such like this experience JUST BOOK THIS ROOM

I don’t have an idea of thIs property since the owner didn’t leave a key or card to enter his room. I understand that he get my money which I paid in advance. I have many messages to this property all whole day that I will come late and arrive around 22.30pm to check in. No response no reply just only auto messages to me to pre registration. Once I did pre registration. No response no reply and I can’t stay in this property. Then no choice find the other hotel at nearly midnight. It is horrible night and show irresponsible of this property. The day later after I did strongly complain. He did reply me immediately that I late to pre registration, cut off is 1600 but I did 1630. What a the F_CK @&/); imagine that you didn’t have hotel to stay at 22.00pm. If we don’t drive a car to find new hotel. Stay at street is the best way to do. Without any apology, say that it is my fault to no show and no call to booking dot com . just say I will refund you. Of course you must ! I stand in front of your room but no note no key to enter

Spacious, simple and comfy

I like how it was spacious and available at the time of booking. The host was very responsive at the time and was able to book it easily. We had to find somewhere to stay for one night due to bad weather in wellington and flight cancelation. Good sleep and fantastic environment.

Only thing was stairs haha but it wasn't a too bigger deal.

Great price, location, comfort and enjoyment.

It was close to the airport as my daughter had an early morning flight, the reason why we stayed overnight just in case of protesters etc, Countdown and shops just over the road, suite was great, everything we needed, you had a stove and all utensils if you wanted to cook, comfy beds, complete laundry facilities in the bathroom, plenty of room too. Pricing was VERY good for what you got and the location. Excellent standards, would use them again and tell people about them.

A bit hard to find a park as it was a busy afternoon, had to park in the Countdown carpark for a while, then move after 6pm. The bathroom door was very sqeaky and noisy, door hinges need to be oiled, hard to be quiet during nightime visits to the loo. Apart from those two things, everythong else was great, will go there again.

Everything was worth the price for the accom.

Location was great, close to everything we needed. Rooms were well equipped for what my family needed and to make the holiday easier i.e cooking facilities, laundry

We weren't to sure on where we had to put the rubbish and recycling when it needed to be chucked out as there was no recycling and general waste bins to put it in.

Great stay!!

The apartment is great!! Location was perfect! Lovely and clean and staff were easy to contact.

Two small issues, but not big enough to change our holiday. Hot water cylinder is too small and we ran out after 2 showers so had to alternate times as well as visit an aunty down the road to make sure everyone was showered, but no biggie, we worked around that. Dryer didn't work for longer than two minutes at a time, so it was convenient to have a laundromat downstairs.

Nice and spacious, excellent location, close to amenities.

No parking provided. Inconvenient, needed to park car a few streets away ... unattended. There is a very large hole in ceiling where range hood flue goes and has not been repaired.

Location, close to everything we needed. Washer and dryer, no dirty laundry in my luggage. Bedding, really comfortable. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook a big breakfast. 11AM checkout, got to sleep in.

There was nowhere to park at 3 pm, so we had to walk a short distance with all our luggage. After 6, we were able to park right outside the unit.

Good value for money just take note of the parking situation

The place was well-equipped and was clean and tidy when we arrived. The beds were also very comfortable. It was a really nice place.

The only hiccup during our stay was the parking situation but we did get a fair warning from them prior to our arrival. It was a relief that the parking spaces in front of the apartment was free during the night until 9am so that saved us from parking tto another street.

Fantastic, large modern 2 bedroom apartment.

Very nice, clean, modern and a large space. Even things like salt and pepper were provided, plus fans in the rooms and sky lights that are electronic. Staff very friendly and accommodating
