Amazing!!!

Beautiful pool area. Food is superb and excellent value. Amazing Chef! Just Amazing!!! Staff were absolutely fantastic. Reception, Cleaning Staff, Bar staff and pool waitresses all so friendly and helpful!! Special mention to Ruth around the pool, never stopped working but always so friendly and helpful. Above and beyond!! Made our holiday!!

We arrived at night! Not very well lit outside! We feel maybe a bigger sign or lighting to make it stand out! Rooms basic but spotlessly clean so no complaints. Pool area closes at 8pm, so nowhere to get a drink after this!

A one off, wont be back.

Pool area is great and was child friendly but seemingly the hotel has changed rules regarding this. Food served at pool is good value and good food. Hotel is in a good location thiough the building and bar area below and at the front of the hotel was derelict when we stayed ( sep 22 ) though this did save us from what I suspect would be a noisy bar if open directly below the room.

We spent the first part of our stay with no aircon working in the bedroom of our apartment. Leading to a dissapointing start to the stay and a ambivalent response from the manager ragarding a solution. All together I would stay again purely on the service and treatment we received.

Poor

The pool is beautiful the rooms are basic but fairly modern but have clearly been done on a budget and a bit of bodged job. The drains are awful, the smell was unbearable we had to move rooms because of the sewage problem, the second rooms shower drains didn’t work. the kitchen was so small it was hard to use and lacked much cooking equipment. The staff were lovely.

Good value and clean hotel, friendly staff

clean rooms, nice staff, poolside food and drinks were good. very close to a local shop and a number of bars, restaurants and small beaches. it’s also very close to the water taxi which is useful. there is also a taxi rank outside.

the pool opens quite late. it would be nice to have the bar area open later too so that you could have a drink in the evening.

Beautiful location amazing pool, friendly staff. Just lacking decent maintenance of the hotel.

The location is perfect, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is beautiful, the rooms are basic but fairly modern and clean.

Our first room had a shower that changed from scolding hot water to freezing cold water no matter what temperature you set it to. The drains in the bathroom were so bad that the whole room became unbearable to be in, meaning we had to change rooms half way through our stay. The new room we were given was lovely, but the drains in the shower didn’t drain away meaning the bathroom flooded when you had a shower, the hotel did rectify this, but again the temperature did the same as our previous room which is hard when you have a young child with you, and makes showers fairly in un enjoyable, our fridge stopped working for over 24 hours meaning we had to bin meat we had brought. And again the drain smell in the bathroom is very strong.

Fun Ibiza trip

Stayed last year and the facilities are a lot better this year. Better food and drink options. Also went above and beyond when they found out we had a birthday. They gave us a bottle of Cava which was unexpected and such a lovely touch.

fantastic, 10/10 would recommend, great value stay!

pool was stunning! fantastic value for money, poolside DJ from 1pm-6pm played amazing chilled summer songs, and the food at the snack bar was great too. room was nice and clean, would definitely go back!!

the shower temperature constantly changed from hot/cold for the duration of our stay but not the end of the world. the pull out bed in the living room was really uncomfortable, however the sofa was a full single bed size so we used that instead!

Great Pool

Pool is amazing, especially with the DJ from 1pm👍

The only downside is it's a bit of a long walk home from town if you can't get a taxi, water taxi is at the bottom of the road for 4euros per person👍 We had an outside balcony room and 5.30am every morning a street cleaner starts with a turbo leaf blower🙈

Superb

Pedro at reception was wonderful, large apartment, great terrace, LOVED the pool and the entire staff, food at the pool was surprisingly delicious and reasonably priced. Everyone was so nice.

The parking situation is difficult, the kitchen has no supplies, rooms are bare with not much character.

Disappointing considering the price

The staff were very friendly, the pool area was nice

There was cockroaches in the accommodation, I’d paid for 3 people to stay but was given a room with 2 single beds, the room smelt unclean, no key for safe, noisy, didn’t feel safe and due to this couldnt sleep, cost a lot for what it was.

Perfect - The Ideal Hotel

Stayed for a party holiday and it was perfect. The taxi rank is right outside, ATM, can walk to obeach club and other bars. The hotel was perfect for what we needed, clean and spacious, the pool is stunning, had a DJ 1-6 everyday and the food and drinks were really good.. the staff are so kind and friendly. Anthony shout out to you! - Perfect stay.

Great stay and would visit again.

The apartments were spacious and the pool area was great for relaxing by. The staff were the best hotel staff I’ve experienced in a long time - friendly and efficient.

The rooms could have done with a little more storage space for personal belongings. Our apartment in particular had no drawers.

Emjotable stay- would go back!

Loved the hotel. Pool area and bar were clean and modern. All staff were polite and would do table service around the pool area, food and drinks both good and reasonably priced. Rooms were okay but basic, had everything that was needed.

Very friendly staff in reception and at the pool bar. Amazing pool area with day beds and sun loungers.

Air con was not working in the room and it was approximately 36°c. Reported to reception who said they would get it fixed. Air con still wasn't working and was now leaking. Reported again to reception who said they would get it sorted. That evening it still wasn't working but on the plus side the leak had stopped. The next morning reported to reception for the 4th time this time they said unable to fix it so we were given a portable air con unit. Also a pair of black sandals went missing from my room. Apart from the above it was a lovely stay.

Lovely pool area, clean hotel with friendly staff.

Gorgeous pool area, clean and modern rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

The building directly under/next to hotel is undergoing refurbishment so it looks derelict but this didn’t affect our stay.

Great little hotel for a mini break with girls

Location and hotel pool area

No early morning swim as pool not open until 11am. Noise from surrounding area music etc late at night but guess it's expected with location
