It was good

One bed had the frame sticking out that I bumped my leg on. The bed by the bathroom on the side by the wall

Would not recommend unless you are low in funds! You get what you pay for!

Location Customer Service

Carpet Smells. Refrigerator had to be replaced (They took care of it right away after reporting to front desk), bathroom needs to be updated, and bedroom needs to be painted and furniture replaced. Take carpet out and replace with tile! I was scheduled for 2 nights, but I only stayed 1. Checked out early. I'm not saying everything has to be perfect, but guest should at least feel comfortable enough to shower. If you're not going to keep the tubs clean, just put a nice shower in all the rooms. I wouldn't stay there again, unless updated. The front desk customer service was wonderful! I can't remember the gentleman's name, but sweet personality!

Not worth it for the value I spent

The front desk staff was nice. Even though it was in an older place of town, I felt safe.

It smelled of smoke, the breakfast barely had options, the place is very nosy. I could hear the upstairs neighbors, music playing, and so forth. The fitness room was a joke. I’m okay with limited options, but both treadmills didn’t work correctly, and there was not any free weight, but weight benches.

Other then minner issues the stay was good

It was good but guy that was doing the breakfast didn't have gloves on and touch the bread

I asked that me and my family have rooms by each other when booking was told that they would but when we checked in they had us separted with 3 rooms on one hall separated from each other and then the other 2 rooms on a whole different hall from each other and then the 2 rooms that was on the hall with each other was all the way seperate from each other. The 2 rooms that was on the hall together the hallway was so hot.

It’s ok for an over night I would not stay longer or with family

The staff was very nice all of them.

The place is older and needs updating air quality is not great they use a lot of spray to cover it up and it was giving be a huge headache by the morning.

Passing through, but staying next time.

Easy parking, clean, and a very friendly greeting at the front desk. I enjoy the beautiful lobby and very comfortable room.

Don't lie online about the quality of rooms

Breakfast was gone by 7:30 am,, no coffee, and it started at 7:00.

Very disappointed. The front desk was remodeled and looked beautiful. We thought our room would too.

Front desk area was nice.

AC didn’t work. Hair was all over the bathroom. There was a roach also found in the bathroom. The desk chair was so old all the leather was gone off of it. Very outdated.

Nothing to write home about. Good overnight stop.

Location was quiet as long as your room was not near the pool area. Breakfast was awesome. Lots to choose from and had both cold and hot food available. Staff was very courteous.

Hotel has aged and desperately needs rooms updated. Bed skirt was dirty. One of the 2 beds was not supported well. The shower had been broken and hastily repaired. The bottom was spongy. Bathroom was not as clean as expected.

Very nice inside and a fair price

The eating area and inside is very unique and quite pretty. There are a live of plants all around and you can hear the sound of a waterfall.

The outside needs to be updated. The sun looks old and the building looks gated.

Very good

The area of the hotel, which made it convenient to many gas/food places. During the stay, Louisiana and many other areas lost power, so we checked out a day early. The hotel was generous to give me and others who chose to leave a refund. If it wasn't for the loss of power, we would have enjoyed another night at the pool.

Rooms has mold, ac filter was dirty, I had to clean it myself. Noise on Corridors, no efficient cleaning on rooms. towels are like the cheapest ones, I don’t even know where to get.

The dining area

Our room was absolutely disgusting. There was blood stains on our bed sheets. Hair in the bathroom. Food on the wall. Hair on the light switches. I have a list I could go through.
