Loved the location. Very close to everything and the interstate. The interior was updated as well.

The room was cleaned, just smoked out. Since you are pet friendly, please make sure pet owner has the pet on a leash

It was VERY CLEANED, and close to casinos. The ac and refrigerator got very cold.

The lady at the front desk really didn’t say nothing. She asked for my ID and printed out paper for me to sign and didn’t go over it. I asked her which side my room was on, she had to asked another lady. I had a smoking room, which I suffered through the night, and the sheets and comforters had smoke holes. The bed was very hard, and had 4 small old pillows. This guy had 2 dogs roaming the property without a leash. They appeared to look like pit bulls. One of the dog saw my fiancé in the car and jumped on the passenger side door. I had to room back to the room to get something and saw this. I waited until they went around the corner to run to the car. I’m terrified of dogs. I will not be staying again. They are also renovating the place.

Very good

I reported a defective coffee maker in the room. It was not replaced. We asked for the room to be freshened up on day 2. Nothing was done. We needed to get fresh towels ourselves.

Love the location. Very close to downtown casinos...

The bathroom door had 2 holes.. the sheets were stained. Bed was a bit hard.

seems property was not up to standards. would not stay here again . very disappointed. c

did not get a handicap room , door safety lock missing . coffee machine was broke. food was not good . short on supplies . just very disappointed . could not sleep bed was uncomfortable and pillows were worse.

I only liked the fact that it was very convenient to get to the interstate

The bathtub area was too small with a grab handle right in the shower area that made it difficult to shower and I was booked for a double room with 2 double beds that i didn't get .. I was given a room with only 2 be ds in it instead of the 4 beds that I was originally booked for with booking.com

Don’t stay here.

not much. The cleaning lady was nice.

it was a terrible experience. The room smelled moldy when we walked in. There was a large whole in the comforter we slept with, every time you turned off the TV you had to have someone come and reset it to be able to watch TV so the first night we slept with the TV on all night the second night we turned it off but couldn’t watch it in the morning- just static, the couch in the room had a giant hole in the cushion, every lamp shade in the room Was either broke or molded. The hand towels or dirty and stained, The ice bucket lid was broke, The bathroom faucet was rusted, the small refrigerator’s seal was cracked and broke. the carpet looked very dirty. When we checked in, they asked if we wanted a downstairs and I said yes- And they charged me an extra $17.33 as an upgrade. She never told me that staying downstairs was going to cost more money. It just showed up on my bank charge.

Room was dirty. Easy chair was dirty and stained. We put towels on arms so they would be clean on contact. When walking on carpet soles of feet were black due to dirty carpets. Left

Fair, uncomfortable bed and the noise of the I 20 entrance ramp sounded like the Indy 500.

Our bathroom floor WAS NOT MOPPED. You could see spots all over that were unidentifiable. I don't want to think of what it could be (urine or worse).

we found parking place close to our room

first of all it wasn’t clean n there was roaches crawling on the night stand by the tv n the bathroom wasn’t clean there was old soap there dirty floors I also didn’t appreciate cleaning lady coming in our room when we weren’t there.. I never was told that they go in there when it’s occupied even tho we were out… I thought they went when u ask or when the person check out
