Good stay for the value.

The best was super comfy and I slept well. Staff was pleasant and answered any questions or concerns we had.

Parking is horrible. There isn’t much and when it’s fill you are left to park on the street. Wish it had more, but it’s not a deal breaker.

It was the last time that we tried to stay in this hotel.

The location

The management is horrible, we had such horrible time with this guy cleaning the hotel with the water vapor machine, we talked with manager she said that she couldn’t do nothing. Just very disrespectful I don’t recommend nobody staying in this hotel.

The room was quiet. My dinner downstairs was awesome.

Facility was great. Room was nice, however the walls were dirty & the floor was dirty. There was long black hair on bathroom floor

Overall, my stay was very nice and I would stay there again.

The attendant at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

My room was not cleaned during my stay. I mentioned to the housekeeper that my room could be cleaned since I was leaving at 9:00am. She said okay, but it never got cleaned, none of the days there.

I stay in a lot of hotels, I travel a lot for work, and I thought I'd take a chance at your facility. I love the floor plan, layout, the water closet and shower separate from the sleeping area, the different racks for coffee and microwave, and the cabinet to hang close. The barn door divided the sleeping area from the bath area. The modern upgrades of the hardwood floors are just something different and contemporary I appreciate

The only thing I had trouble with is I upgraded to your hotel. My company was willing to pay a portion, and I would spend the difference on my credit card. They couldn't understand what I was trying to do, so I just quit trying to explain what I needed to do. Was, I wanted to pay $800 on my company card and put the balance on my card, and the clerk (courteous and helpful) couldn't accommodate me for this transaction. That was my only issue other than that, as it was five stars.

It was not a good experience

The room was nice but the shower had some weird stuff on the ceiling

everything is overpriced and i won’t be coming back. Staff was okay but need to have better training and rooms could should be cleaned more

Very good

Absolute best thing ever was LATE CHECK OUT! For $50, I was able to stay until 2pm!! Or they had an option of $25 for a check out of 12-1pm. Also it was quite, but located close to a lot of food and shopping. Most parking was big enough for a truck. Pool felt slightly heated, which made swimming in February possible. Also BIG work out room with all NEW appliances!

*Before you READ just know I would definitely stay here again!!* So... I wanted to stay 1 additional day and they said it would be additional $200 plus tax. When I was already staying for 2 nights at $350 tax included. It felt like they said that price because they didn't want me to stay longer. Great besides that, I stay at a lot of hotels in a lot of states and that was an odd conversation. I've never had a hotel want to charge more for a Monday than they do for Saturday/Sunday. Also, Breakfast was additional charge, but I know that before I booked.

Pleasant

Great location and very clean. The morning supervisor on Saturday listened well and followed up on the issues that we had when we got back to the hotel.

The safe didn't work because of the battery. The air conditioner is super loud. The blanket on the bed is thin and short, and there were no extra ones available. We had to ask for a couple of blankets from the front desk.

I’ll most likely never stay at this hotel again, not worth the money what so ever.

location was good

well for one, it was kind of stale and when I got up to my room I found so many hairs everywhere that it truly grossed me out. I go go the bed and there’s a stain on my sheets and a few hairs on the pillows and nightstand.

Broken coffee maker was replaced with another but it was also broken. Safe didn’t work. They fixed it then it broke again with all my things inside.Someone tried to get into my room at 3:00 in the morning. Luckily I had the guard on the door. They told me it was an employee trying to get into the wrong room. The woman at the desk was very rude when I told her someone tried to come in. She offered no solution and acted as if I were out of line for being upset about it. I am a woman traveling alone on this trip. it is the last time I ever stay in a Wyndham.
