Que eu viaje mais em 2024

Gostei de tudo... Da localização, o dos funcionários... Foi uma experiência boa. Pedi informações sobre como ir a Pipa à funcionária Gabriela, e ela me informou tudo direitinho inclusive no meio da viagem me perguntou se tinha ocorrido tudo bem... O nome disso é respeito pelo hóspede...

PÉSSIMA!

Do atendimento da funcionária Iris, essa merece ser gerente do hostel.

Em pleno dia 31/12/2023 faltou água, tive que comprar água mineral para tomar banho. Ninguém deu suporte aos hospedes, foi horrível. Liguei e ninguém atendeu,mandei mensagem no whats e não houve retorno. No dia seguinte o atendente João sequer pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido. A sorte do hostel é que fica em uma ótima localização, caso contrário seria dificil as pessoas voltarem com uma situação dessa. Há muito o que melhorar, eu saio muito instafisteira.

Pela localização e preço somente!

Escolhi o hostel pela localização não esperava nada de excepcional por se tratar de um hostel porém a falta de identificação e comunicação dos "funcionários" é algo que precisa melhorar muito, o atendimento praticamente não existe e em caso de eventualidades não tem como resolver, a noite não tem ninguém responsável o que gera insegurança. O aspecto do lugar é bem estranho com muitas coisas penduradas como enfeites nas paredes e a limpeza é inexistente.

Funcionários não dá para saber quem são, pouco atenciosos e nenhuma comunicação. Cheguei a noite e não tem ninguém para recepcionar se houvesse algum problema ficaria na rua. Limpeza precisa melhorar, cozinha com aspecto de sujeira não consegui fazer nada lá.

Muito difícil. Já que não tinha água nas torneiras e em lugar nenhum para que se tomasse banho ou mesmo lavasse as mãos.

A simpatia dos funcionários e a localização próximo a praia do careca.

Não tinha água para nada. Se chegasse da praia sujo de saiu e quisesse tomar banho, não tinha água, nem pra lavar as mãos. Durante os meus 4 dias de estadia não tinha uma gota d’água nas torneiras.

Localização, wi fi, ar condicionado e atendimento da equipe do hostel.

Lençóis muito finos e ausência de água na acomodação. Alguns quartos tinha água outros não.Isso impactou negativamente na hospedagem e causou muito transtorno.

Great staff, great facilities and good location. Good value for money.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and always available for any question, they changed the room where I was at per my request without any hassle.

The Wifi in areas a bit farther away from the router was not great, and because I had to work for a bit it was a bit inconvenient, but the staff was very helpful and changed my room to one closer to the router.

Spotless cleaning, kind and supportive staff.

The building is too noisy as doors and windows are not soundproofed. So waking up later is quite hard because of internal and external noises.

the beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped

the humidity makes everything feel damp and the fan is so loud but you need it to work at maximum because it is too warm and humid without it

The mattress was extremely thing - I felt the wood underneath. Also the room was not very clean and soap was missing. Unfortunately, there was no common area where you could comfortably work or sit together with other travelers.

Hostel in a superb location with wonderfully welcoming and extremely lovely staff

The location was excellent, a two minute walk to the beach. The owners were so lovely. My Portuguese is limited and they really made an effort to make sure I understood everything. They were very helpful and kind. On my last day, I was having problems with booking an Uber so the owner ran out on the street to get me one and bargained a price for me. My room was also huge and comfortable. The hostel decor was also very cool. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

Best place to stay

They were super helpful and caring, and really helped me with the day trips I took and the transport I had to take to get somewhere far from there when I left. The room was super clean and all the stuff I met (the two receptionists and the cleaning lady) were lovely.
