This could be an excellent place, if WiFi on lower floor is improved and maintenance done.

Outstanding cleanliness. Good location.

WiFi in rooms downstairs is not good enough. Cleanliness is outstanding, but maintenance of several things is just no being done. Shutters on windows don't open anymore. Toilet seat falling off, etc.

I highly recommend!

A gréât place to stay, close to the airport. The room was large and clean, it had everything I needed and the host was very kind and helpful. It’s a great value for price.

A great place to relax and enjoy the island

The host was very responsive and even helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Highly recommend.

A lovely scenic getaway!

Our stay was great! Everything was very clean and welcoming. I was especially grateful for the coffee machine and for Sra. Natália for showing me how to use it! Also the view is incredible!

A was expecting to see mr. Albino, but I got miss Graça instead.

There's cats ! lots of them. And the view is also quite nice. We could take the morning breakfast every day under a (fresh) shade while the sun rising.

Very friendly owner ; beautiful family house; spacious room

no supermarkets / shops in the immediate area, needs about 25min of walking and since there is no possibility to have breakfast, a little annoying .. the smell of humidity in the house (rooms, kitchen - when you take out a cup there is a bad smell of humidity)

Almost all good

The house where we stayed we had it almost for us. We had the room upstairs close to the terrace and living room. Nice view to the ocean and the garden. Natalie was baking there and cleaning the house. Around there were cats.

Was nice place but after two night the bed starts annoy. Really uncomfortable. Problem was the humidity and sometimes the water was cold or you should wait long time to get it hot or was clogged. I would put some table lamp in the room and some hooks to put yours clothes on. And last thing poor dog in the cage all the time...

We really didn't like the stay at this BnB. We never had problems with taxis in Terceira, but at this BnB we did, the owner was going out and didn't take us to the airport and we nearly missed the flight (the BnB is 5 min far from that airport). The stove was covered with an aluminium sheet full of ants, the door of the shower of the 1st floor was broken (almost fell on me), none of the hairdryers worked and there weren't plugs next to the bed.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The position position was perfect to visit all the island.

Charming house

Great hosts (thank you again for the welcome at the shop 😊). Beautiful house with charm and great common areas (we even hesitate to use it as it was so big !). The room was lovely and comfortable. Both the room and bathroom were spotless. The bathroom is very surprising, huge and comfortable. The house is slightly outside of the city but it's an easy walk even without a car. The view and rural area around the house is beautiful. Very quiet area, perfect for a resting night. If you're a good walker, it's perfectly possible to walk to the airport.

Absolutely the best places to stay Praia!

What a stunning place! Fantastic house with soul. Clean and really comfortable. Convenient location, close to supermarket and city centre. Absolutely amazing host, really helpful and informative. Great bathroom with bathtub. Fantastic surroundings.

Nice, super sweet grandma/owner and wonderful property.

Very big bathroom and very nice common area with nice views around the property. Amazing value for money compared to other properties in the area

Really bad/old mattress (also probably covered with plastic) which made it super noisy every time you tried to turn around during your sleep at night.

Cheap and if you don't mind the moist in the room it's a good option.

Friendly host that gave us good information about the beaches and where to eat. Big room and a big bath in the shared bathroom

Bathroom was not so clean and shared so if someone takes a bath you can't go to the toilet for 30min. Also moist problems in the room.
