Very good

Breakfast excellent. Clean. Helpful staff.

Bedrooms sold as triples are on the small side. Information on the national park access and how it works was poor - no information at all and we had to figure it all out ourselves

Very clean and central, lovely staff!

Central location, AMAZING staff that helped us plan our day and schedule activities, and very nice breakfast and tea time.

the WiFi in the rooms was very spotty.

Lovely time at Germana!

We had an amazing time at Germana! Amazing location, great breakfast and clean rooms! Also Gabriel and Lucas were extremely helpful & friendly!

We really enjoyed our stay!

I loved the pousada and would choose it again if traveling to Noronha—special thanks to Gabriel!

Great location (central, convenient, yet quiet), friendly and knowledgeable staff support, good amenities and cleanliness

Wi-Fi signal was very weak and there was no Wi-Fi for several days at one point…apparently this is a common issue around the island.

Very good location in the small village, modern structure with good standards.

The communication after the booking could have been better. No replies came after requests, which caused some issues during the stay.

The team at reception was truly outstanding. Lucas helped us on multiple separate occasions. The room was very comfortable.

Superb

Room was spacious, personalized and beautiful. Breakfast was great. Location was also great, a short walk to several island highlights, like Praia do Cachorro and several restaurants.

Very small room. air conditioner didn’t work effective even if I put it lowest temperature. Breakfast was average. NO wifi in room!! u have to sit near reception to get some WiFi.

WARNING!!! Geckos, ticks and spiders can be inside your room.

The breakfast was excellent. So many options in the menu. The staff was brilliant. They are kind and generous. The are many options of restaurants near the hotel. There are 3 beaches near the hotel.

There are a LOT OF ANIMALS. I mean, I know that is a place to be near to the nature and appreciate the animals. But for a person who are from a big city, I particularly don't like to sleep with animals in my bedroom. There are many spiders and a gecko INSIDE my room. I found a tick in my towel!!! This is not acceptable for the price I had to pay for stay in this place. I accept the animals outside my room, because they are in there natural habitat. But I expected arrive in my bedroom and relaxe and sleep well, but with all these animals I could not, and it was a nightmare.
