Superb
The staff at the front desk are fantastic. They provided great advice for first time visitors to the island. The location is central to nearly all of the activities on the island.

No flexibility
Room and bathroom are big, everything was super clean and new. They have a afternoon "breakfast" also.
We missed our flight because of covid and they didn't offer any flexibility. My family arrived first and I asked them to charge on my credit card or do a pix, they didn't want, they wanted to charge my famiy and I need to bag for them to charge on my credit card. They change our room because we book more days. The new room was smaller and more close, window is on top of our heads so you wake up with the lights. No place to put the wet towels on this new room.
