Superb

Good space and v clean. Close to Station. Easy check in with lockbox and clear instructions. Coffee pods in common area and well stocked minifridge. 2 mins from the station. 20 min stroll from rhe leaning tower. Lots of cafes near for food

Went to a pizza place with the 10% off voucher and the staff had not heard of it!

Location was good, very close to rail station, city center.

Disliked · A small room, located on the ground floor by the street. You can not open windows and curtains in the room, you have to keep the light on all day. Small bathroom, mold on the walls. Very small, uncomfortable, rusty shower. Rust on the door handle in the bathroom. Blocked sink drain. Stains on curtains and bedspreads, hole in the sheet. In the room very intense air fresheners, as if they were to cover the unpleasant smell. No remote control air conditioning in the kitchen. The place needs refurbishment. I do not recommend.

Superb

Location was perfect for the train station. We just stayed the one night before we flew out and it was a 3 minute walk to the station and the PisaMover. Very clean and comfortable room with great facilities. Would recommend.

Excellent location and very clean.

No person on-site to greet us but communications were easy and very efficient. Excellent location to train but quiet, sparkling clean and 5-6 mins by taxi to airport. Their recommended restaurant was one of the best meals we’ve had since arriving in Italy 3 days ago.

Great stay!

Beautiful, new and clean apartment. Very comfy beds. clean new bathroom. Great kitchen facilities . Perfect location. 2 mins walk from train station/ airport train. Highly recommended

Exceptional quality for reasonable price

This little hotel is very close to the train station and in walkable distance from the main attractions of the city. The personel was extremely nice and friendly. Tha room and the shared kitchen were very clean and tidy. Would definitely choose this place again when in Pisa.

Okay stay for one night

The location was good as it’s close to the train station. The check in process was straight forward. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

There wasn’t any running hot water which meant we put off showering and/or had to shower in cold water which wasn’t nice. Although things seemed generally clean there were a lot of black hairs missed, this was the case in the bedroom and bathroom.

i recommend

the location is very close to the train station, the staff responds to your messages immediately, the rooms were clean and new.

sound insulation is a little bit poor, it can be a problem if you are bothered by the sound of speech. I don't think b&b has a major problem.

It was clean and confortable. Easily accessible by the train station.

I arrived at night and there were drunk people around the property. At the same time, it is very important for me to greet somebody or at least have a face, but probably because of the time I checked in and out I didn’t get to greet anyone or working staff.

Beautifully clean and comfortable and lots of extra's like tea, coffee, water and some drinks in mini fridge.

Check in is automatic after 1pm and we had a wait to get the code because we did not understand that we needed to send our passport details first.

Ideal for a one night stay

perfect for a one night stay as we landed in Pisa in the evening and weren’t driving into the Tuscan country side till the next day. The room was modern, clean and just as pictured.

The location can feel a little dodgy, but on the other hand it’s very close to the train station which is why we picked it in the first place.

nice for a solo traveller

the location is wonderful. as a sole traveler wonderful place . its close to station so you can leave your luggages easliy. I would stay there again. nice kitchen. but you cannot use kitchen facilities. just coffe and refrigirator

its too automatick check in and check out. if you dont have a internet or whats app you cannot check in ! weird.

The common room with sink, places to sit and free coffee and tea was great.

It’s close to the train station, but not that close to the tower.

Good location and clean room ideal for a short stay

This was an ideal place to stay for a short break in Pisa. The room was clean, access was easy with good communication from the host on the day we were due to arrive. The drinks and toiletries in the room were a nice addition.

We were happy with everything - a simple spot for a short stay.

- Clean - Host very responsive - Free coffee - Kitchen - Easy self check - Near to central station and airport (2 min and 16 min walking distance) - Close to the city center

- No heating source. It was very cold in the room, we had to open the conditioner in the evening but during the night it became cold again. We were there at the begging of March.

How clean was the room and bathroom. The facilities were all brand new. And the staff was really friendly.

It was very clean and the bathroom was great. Bed was comfy.

I could hear the neighbors on the top floor walking and some noises coming from the top floor. Did not appreciate that you had to go to a cafe for a very basic breakfast.
