You should try once

Unhappy stay

Room was clean and reasonably furnished

Not even a glass to drink water. No towels. No toiletries. No cleaning of the room during whole stay. Lastly no keys for the room.

Don't book if you are African ( Racism 100%)

I was not accepted they said any African nationality are not allowed... and I wasn't refunded yet

The service and how much racism they are.. was really disappointing...I had my family with 3 years old baby I really didn't think booking.com will support such hotels

Looting at Reception while Checkin

Location

Staff rudeness, They're all goons running the property and looting common people, most of the clients here are people outside Hyderabad coming to LVPEI Hospital so they're looting the outsiders. Reception desks demand extra money claiming there's an error in the portal that difference amount these goons and take it in their personal Phonepe accounts. They always charge extra while checking in and this has been happening from months, I booked twice with a month gap they still looted and asked for extra money. Since we have hospital appointments on time we have no time to pay extra and proceed with check-in. They say either pay more or talk to customer service they will arrange different property. Plus they allocate these booked rooms to agents who walk-in for room's so it's a trap. Would never recommend this property.

Overall it's a worst experience except the location

Only the location was good

Staff never responds properly, breakfast is not included No water, minimal required things are not provided by the hotel There's no lady staff for cleaning purpose and the boys who have done the room servicing was so bad.. Overall it's a worst experience The most disgusting thing was the main door which is right in front of the bed

Its a good bye stay for OYO

Its a pathetic stay I have ever experienced. The rooms smell like hell and the bed sheets are unwashed and the same bed sheets used by previous guest were again arranged for us. They are very irresponsible and the TV is not working. How come the oyo allot a twin bed for three adults.?

hated the stay. no one in the hotel wanted to help. lots of inconvenience after a long and hectic day.

just location where the hotel is situated

the property wasn’t clean at all. the bed sheets were stained. the floor wasn’t clean the towel were all black not washed. the guy at the reception was rude. at night 12 he asked us to leave if we have complaints. and talk to customer service.
