Bellissimo

Riad stupendo e molto ben gestito, nel cuore della Medina a pochi passi dalle maggiori attenzioni della zona. Gestione eccezionale, anche il servizio transfer ottimo! Pulitissimo e confortevole!

Nulla, può spaventare l’ingresso della struttura che è un po’ nascosto tra i vicoli ma non abbiamo mai percepito pericolo!!

Gorgeous Riad in the heart of Marrakech.

Great location. Absolutely gorgeous Riad. Delicious breakfast and beautiful rooms.

Much more expensive than any other road we stayed in during our stay in Morocco.

In één woord: teleurstellend

Deze Riad is heel kek ingericht en personeel is toeschietelijk, behulpzaam en aardig. Dat is in heel Marrakesh een repeterende ervaring. Men verdiend er ook €250 per maand. Met knippen als messen kan dat meer worden en Europeanen zijn wandelende wallets. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en de rooftop is mooi met uitzicht op het Atlas gebergte.

Matrassen op rooftop ruiken naar kattenpis. TV op kamer werkte niet. Na drie keer vragen nog niet opgelost. Personeel in overvloed, maar gebruikt servies staat uren op tafeltjes. Restaurant was om 20.30 zonder kok, maar men maakte nog wat voor ons. 5 bakjes salade en een schaaltje filodeeg flapjes voor achteraf €48. Het is er erg gehorig. Gesprekken tussen manager en bediening in keuken waren vanuit bed letterlijk te volgen. De Omgeving rond de riad was erg achteraf voor s’avonds nog op pad. Een ongure ervaring met lijmsnuivers die je ademend in zakjes blijven volgen. Rekening van gebruikte diensten achteraf klopte niet. Bij alles moet je vooraf vragen wat het kost, want anders charge ze wat ze willen. Lessons learned. Ik vind deze Riad erg duur.

Staff took great care of us!

A beautiful, quiet raid just far enough off (and close enough to) all of the great souks in the Medina. The staff were really wonderful and the breakfasts were yummy.

our experience was amazing. I stayed one night on my own and was later joined by friends. the staff was so kind, the Riad very central and the rooms well equipped.

Exceptional hospitality and safe stay

Excellent hospitality by Yassin and team. They constantly offered us Moroccan tea. They helped with any questions we had. Room was cleaned daily. We felt very safe. Yassin communicated with us clearly in arabic/english/french.

Nothing significant, everything was excellent. Room was a little small for 3 people. Breakfast didnt have any hot food (mostly baked goods).

Beautiful Riad with great staff

A beautiful Riad and very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great - there are shopps all around you and it takes only a couple of minutes to reach the central square and the Souks. We enjoyed our very 1001 nights room.

Wonderful and amazing riad with most warming and welcoming people on perfect location!

We had the most amazing time at Riad Touda! All the staff were so welcoming, warm and friendly. Yassin, Said and Abdul helped us with everything and provided us with useful information. They definitely made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for that. The breakfast was delicious! A great variety of supplements and beautifully presented. Rooms were beautiful and really authentic. It's a magical Riad. They have a beautiful private rooftop terrace with sunbeds and an amazing view on the Atlas mountains (look west), beautiful sunrise as well. Unforgettable. Location couldn't be any better. We recommend using their airport service since the riad might be hard to find on your own. Once you find it, it really a hidden gem in the medina. A 3 min. walk from the Djemaa el Fna and within all the souks. All other tourist attractions are in walking distance of the riad. It's a safe place. All the people around the riad (on the streets) are kind and friendly as well. Don't doubt, just go and experience it yourself!!

Beautiful, serene riad in prime location

The calm ambience away from the noise of the streets was amazing. The hosts were so lovely and helpful. Loved the roof terrace

It was quite loud in the mornings as the windows faced into the centre of the riad The host didn’t speak much English so we had to get by with hand gestures and a little bit of French, but we managed! The lamp didn’t work in our room which made it quite a dark and dingey

The Riad is extremely clean, situated in a perfect location that’s close to everything. Staff provides excellent services including laundry, breakfast, and guidance to the city. They also arranged taxi to the airport for our early flight. The roof terrace is beautiful. The room itself feels like a palace, spacious, stylish and comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and super accommodating. The breakfast was great, had a lot of variety in food which we enjoyed. The Riad was easy to get to, and they arranged for our transport back to the airport. The rooms were very clean, and appreciated them cleaning and folding our clothes when we were out for the day.

The bed was a little hard.

Friendly, clean, comfy bed and a fab respite from the souks. Excellent Place.

We liked everything really. Yaseen was very attentive and the Riad ran like clockwork. Amazing interior, great quality workmanship. Really nothing we can fault. Good breakfast, always served with a smile. Rooms were cleaned beautifully and linen replaced daily. We loved our trip to Morocco and this was largely in part to Riad Touda. :-)

We were there for a short time and Riad Touda is great stay within meters from the big square.

We stayed at Riad Touda from 12sept till of 16sept and it was great! The manager is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and the location were great! Superclose to the famous market square and lots of restaurants.

There is no ventilation in the rooms or bathroom. In our bathroom the water went everywhere and the whole toilet was went when you just took a shower.

It was a great stay. I would def. stay here again If I would visit Marrakech again.
