Lovely place, nice room, lots of space

Big spacious room, massive bed, the tv was quite small and hard to see but not an overall problem, the bathroom was a good size

It was quite noisy and you can quite easily hear into the rooms next door and corridor but most of the noise stopped around half 11 ish in the evening

Great overnight stay in a beautiful location and weather was favourable

Location was excellent, loved the Continental Breakfast, host was very friendly

Great value accommodation with delicious breakfast

The continental breakfast was delicious. Our room was spacious for 3 people and on the ground floor . There was a place to store our walking boots . Owner helpful in providing local information.

Just didn’t have long enough to be able to use the lovely garden or sit in the lounge . We were only staying one night .

We really enjoyed staying there and used it as our base to visit extended family also on holiday in Croyde.

Great location, attractive building and room, comfortable bed and all we needed for our stay. Tea etc replenished each day.

Great place to stay in Braunton.

A very warm welcome from Chris and Victoria. Nice, big, clean luxurious bedroom and bathroom. Nice house and garden. Good continental breakfast. Lock up storage for our bikes. Braunton is a nice small town.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The owner was very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay more enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast was adequate, everywhere looked very Christmassy.

Perfect night away

I booked last minute as my plans changed at short notice , they were very accomodating and a Very warm welcome, they offered to put our wet coats and boots in the airing cupboard to dry out. staff/owners were incredibly well mannered and very polite, offered tea and coffee on arrival which was much needed as was a wet rainy day. Room was great, nice and spacious, very comfy beds with tea and coffee to help yourself to. A lovely continental breakfast brought to our room at a time we requested, I couldn't fault our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Large comfortable bedroom with tv and tea/coffee making facilities, large modern bathroom with powerful shower, excellent continental breakfast, beautiful house, use of lounge and conservatory . . All I could have wished for.

The Brookfield B and B is in a beautifully-kept Georgian home.

The continental breakfast was good, served in a lovely sunroom overlooking the walled garden. Nice background music. The parking area was large enough for several vehicles to park easily. The location was near to the main street. It was a longish, but nice, walk to the Willams Arms Pub in Wrafton and also to Vellator Quay.

It was rather expensive.
