About this house rental
Our single family home is exactly what you need to relax and rest after your days of fun in Virginia. Our home was brand new and built in 2019. In 2023 a Grotto waterfall feature was added with surrounding 3-foot pond. There are two master bedrooms with walk-in showers on each floor. The 1st floor master closet was converted into a simple nursery with a crib and baby swing. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has a king size bed for parents and a space dedicated to toddlers, featuring a princess castle bed. In addition to that, master walking in closet was furnished with crib and kid's toys. It is like a special kid room for family who travel with small kids. A toddler bed is offered in upstairs master bedroom. We also have an outdoor playground set up for kids age 5 and up. We know we are on a very busy street. So, we built our playground far away in the back. Spacious kitchen and breakfast bar together allow to host larger groups. We welcome families travel with kids. A group of 12 will be a very comfortable fit for this rental.

The property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The hose, David was very responsive to our messages and even came out late on our first night to fix a toilet problem. I would recommend this property to others for sure. The only negative was the busy highway and traffic.

This is a beautiful home and is so very well equipped! The kitchen has everything you can possibly need. It was also extremely easy to clean up upon leaving.
While I didn't have smal children there, the nursery room had everything a young family would need.

What more can we say. We came to our alma mater, Hampton University’s, homecoming The house was perfect in EVERY way. We’re definitely going to try to stay here again. Thank you Xiang for opening up your wonderful home.

Overall the property was great. Its a bit of a busy street, but that also made it conveniently located. There was plenty of room for the 10+ of us and we enjoyed our stay.

Short Vacation Get a Way
We had an over all.good experience with our stay. The house was spacious, clean and had most accommodations we needed. The contact free check in was nice. The only suggestion I would make is to have necessities like garbage bags, and possibly some cleaning spray. There were only two extra bags, so had we stayed for a week. That would not of been enough. It is on busy street. But we didn't mind as we were only primarily around the house to sleep and shower.
I would definitely consider renting again if we decided on another family vacation.

The house is gorgeous. Communication was great. The location of the property is a little strange (busy road right in front of the house) and not ideal for a family with young kids. But overall we had a really nice relaxing stay.

Birthday Getaway
My sons now 4&6 both celebrated a birthday and have been suffering from cabin fever, this was the perfect getaway.
The owner ALWAYS responded within 2 minutes. I saw some reviews about the busy street but I found it a non issue. The playground is far enough away from the street.
The house is supplied with everything you need and looks as listed. If you’re a big cook like me you’ll need to bring extra pots and pans.
I felt at home. I felt it was great that they also had Netflix and the Disney app as we traveled with 5 kids. That was really helpful.

When I reviewed this property I was impressed. We checked in on time and had a GREAT stay! We had theee best time at this property. We only stayed 1 night but we would definitely stay again if needed. The property owners were very responsive. Our only suggestion is to install a larger hot water heater as the hot water ran out after washing dishes and several people took showers.

This place matches exactly the pictures you see. Spacious and decorated nicely. The kid toys and play set came in handy for a visiting niece. Was perfect for our wedding prep and visiting with family and friends.
Little sketchy trying to get out of driveway is the only thing to watch out for, but parking is also across the street in little strip mall.

It was everything we expected. There was no surprises. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Our stay was uneventful and everything in the home was clean and worked well for our family.
