PLEASE NOTE: Villa Renaissance will be restoring/modifying/safety upgrading all ocean front elevators in June/July 2025.
Elevators 1&2 (west end of the ocean front building) will have these works done beginning June 1st, 2025 and will take 2-4 weeks to complete.
These elevators service Villas 101, 102, 103, 104, 201, 202, 203, 204, 301, 302, 303, 304, 401 and 402.
Elevators 3&4 (east end of the ocean front building) will have these works done beginning approximately June 21st, 2025 or as soon as elevators 1&2 works are completed.

The living and dining areas of this villa open directly onto a two-level terrace/patio with sweeping views of Grace Bay and the spectacular Caribbean Sea. The upper terrace has plenty of space for alfresco dining while the lower terrace has two comfortable chaise lounges for relaxing while the sun goes down.
The stylish ground floor 2-bedroom condominium is bright and spacious, offering separate living and dining areas with travertine marble floors and tiles throughout the suite. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with crafted maple cabinetry, granite countertops, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, wheelie grocery cart, cooler and a stackable washer and dryer conveniently located in a separate closet. Other amenities include two HD televisions, US Cable TV, a DVD player, and secure
Wi-Fi internet. The unit is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans.
The master bedroom, which overlooks the picturesque mosaic pool and courtyard, features a king size bed with new mattress and en-suite bath with large soak-in tub and shower, lighted mirror and marble topped vanities. The second bedroom, which also overlooks the courtyard pool, has 2 twin beds (which can be pushed together if you prefer a king there as well). The second bathroom also has marble topped vanities and includes a walk-in shower. A 5th guest can be accommodated ($50/night additional).

All units at Villa Renaissance are non smoking, as is the entire property.
• The common corridors and areas outside the units’ entrance must be kept clear of pool floats, strollers, and any other personal belongings.
• Resort guests and renters are not allowed to have any pets in the units or on the common areas.
• BBQ grills are not allowed on the unit balconies, ground floor terraces or anywhere else in the common areas.
• The playing of music or any activity that creates noise within the unit or on the balcony must be limited to ensure it does not become a nuisance to others. Speakers are not allowed at the pool or beach-please use headphones.
• Do not hang towels and other items of clothing on the balcony railing or elsewhere outside the unit.
• When leaving the beach please use the beach shower to rinse the sand off your feet before returning to the building or pool.
• All used beach towels should be returned to the towel bins so they can be laundered for reuse.
• Common areas are not playgrounds please respect our grass and plantings.
• The pool area is designated as a quiet area, ball games and other activities which can disturb the quiet enjoyment of the area are prohibited.
• Please refrain from running in the pool area or central breezeways to avoid injury.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Diving into the pool is prohibited.
• Pool side loungers are on a first come first served basis. Please do not attempt to pre-reserve a lounger for the day as your belongings will be removed at lunch time if the lounger is unoccupied to accommodate other guests.
• Glasses and glass containers (bottles) are not allowed on the poolside or around the pool area.
• The exercise room and the tennis court may only be used for their designated purposes: the enjoyment of owners, their personal guests, resort guests and renters. Please observe posted age restrictions.

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa. This was our 2nd year coming and our first year in this unit. We opted for the ground floor this time because we have a 5 month old baby (and a 4 year old!). It worked perfectly. We could walk right off the back balcony to the walkway/beach. The room was perfect for us. A plus was that the baby monitor stretched to the pool, so we could enjoy some pool time when the baby was sleeping. Our 4 year old (3 and 11 months), had an absolute blast his second year in a row. The staff was very friendly. They even made him a special "rum punch" every day which he really enjoyed. All of the other guests were also very friendly and accomodating. We would love to come back again!

Great week spent at the Villa Renaissance! This is now our 6th or 7th time here, and we keep coming back because it checks all of the boxes for our family. Beautiful condos, right on the best beach in the world, with a great location close to the grocery store and countless restaurants, all with very lovely staff. I can't say enough about this place. Our condo this year was awesome. We really loved being on the first floor -- great views, lovely outdoor patio, just steps from the pool and beach. We would love to stay in this exact condo again -- great kitchen, great den and TV, great bathrooms and beds, and great WIFI. Wonderful service from the front desk, poolside bar staff, and ocean staff. Highly recommend! If your family wants to relax at a peaceful, "low energy" resort in immaculate condition, and just chill, read, swim, and nap, this is your place. For us, it's perfection.

Perfect location, on the beach, quiet with hardly any people around. We felt we had the place to ourselves most days. Condo was lovely, clean, and plenty of bath amenities. Cute blue kitty sculptures. Beautiful view of the ocean off the veranda.
Across the street from The Salt Mills for shopping, art galleries, and restaurants. Walkable to grocery store to stock our fridge.
The Villa Renaissance isn’t your typical resort where drinks and food are readily available at your beck and call. They do have a bar that’s open for certain hours, but the food they had to pick up from another location. This is more of a quiet, relaxing location. And it pushes you to venture out of the Villas to walk to other restaurants which you should do anyway on vacation.
We would stay there again for sure as it was so chill and beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was a little slow, but well…island life!
Thank you to our hosts who let us rent their lovely condo for five days, you have a nice home and are blessed with such a beautiful location! Thank you for making us feel comfortable and welcome! My husband and I have been to Turks a few times before, and I told him we should stay here next time! We like quiet locations with less people around, and The Villa Renaissance was perfect!

Perfect location in middle of Grace Bay. Walk to shops and restaurants. Went during spring break but never felt crowded - never had an issue finding chairs on the beach or pool. Unit very clean and housekeeping was great. Well stocked with little things like detergent for laundry, salt and pepper in the kitchen. Even coffee for the coffee maker. The view is amazing and you can step out onto the beach from the patio. Would 100% stay here again.

We’re holidaying on Middle Caicos - also VRBO - but wanted a night in Provo to settle in after flight and before Ferry to North Caicos, so we wouldn’t be rushed and that we could stock up on groceries. Villa renaissance was ideally located with everything a short walk away. Apartment is very nice and view and location excellent.

This condo was perfectly located to shopping and dining. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only downside to this condo is the master bedroom did not have a view of the ocean and the master bath had a tub/shower combo. But overall it was a wonderful place to stay!

We love Villa Renaissance! This was our 7th stay at VR but our first in Villa 103. Our view was incredible from the room, the bed was great and we appreciated the robes provided. They supplied coffee for us which was also a nice touch. The room was updated, well appointed and clean. We were very happy with 103 and highly recommend this unit.
We love Villa Renaissance and won’t stay anywhere else. The location is perfect, the grounds are well kept and there’s always chairs by the pool and beach available. The front desk staff is always helpful for dinner reservations or any need we have - Deeja and Novi are both friendly and helpful. We spend our days here on the beach and Wilfred got us set up every morning, he’s the best! Sheldon took care of us during the day and was great too! We will be back for our 8th time next year and we can’t wait!!❤️

We absolutely loved the condo and Villa Renaissance. The condo-hotel was so peaceful and quiet. Exactly what we wanted. It was the best of both worlds - there is an outdoor bar at the pool where you can order drinks and food (food is from nearby restaurant Blu). Wait staff comes around the pool and beach taking orders too. But without a restaurant on site, the area remains quiet and calm. The condo is pristine, very well appointed, great kitchen. You literally walk off the patio directly to the beach. The back of the condo faces the pool; everything is so close. Villa Renaissance shopped and delivered groceries for us before our stay. The whole experience could not have been more perfect. We will be back!

There is nothing wrong with this unit. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Our issues started when we arrived on property after a long day of travel and we had to wait 45 minutes for somebody to show up and let us in the unit. Some random guy finally let us in because he felt bad we had been waiting so long. On day 5 of our stay we asked the beach attendant to set up our chairs and umbrellas as they had the previous 4 days. On this day he told us we couldn’t sit where we asked him to put our chairs. He kept saying “I told you yesterday you couldn’t sit there”. We had never spoken to this man. He told us we had to go to the corners of the property. After calling the manager he ended up letting us sit exactly where we had been the previous days. The manager of the property later showed up and said that a very large building is being built next door and they are trying to keep ahold of their beach front property because Grace Bay is a public beach and anybody can sit anywhere they want to. If we sat at the corner Of the property that is helping Villa Renaissance to establish their boundaries. So in essence anybody can come and sit in front of Villa Renaissance but people like us who paid over $10,000 for two units for a week stay are told where they have to sit. I don’t want to have to argue with the beach attendant about where I can and cannot sit on the beach. I don’t want the property manager showing up in front of my beach chair to explain why he was adamant I had to sit in a specific spot. That doesn’t work for us. We were completely turned off by this situation and will not be back. You’ve got to find a different way to keep ahold of your beach front. Telling guests where they have to sit isn’t the answer.

VR is the perfect location on Grace Bay! The condo was perfect with way more extras than expected. I could’ve packed a lot less because they provided so much! Gorgeous views, walking distance to so much, and the housekeeping service were so nice! It’s nice not to have to worry about washing beach towels and towels like in so many rentals!

What a fantastic property and location
We were 2 couples looking for a getaway to T&C. We found this property and it was a fantastic experience. The unit was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you could want. We were centrally located to walk to many locations or a short cab ride away. The staff was great and easy access to the beach. We are already looking to book there next year.

Villa Renaissance Review
We stayed at the property in early March. The rooms were well cleaned although a bit dated. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was quiet so we slept well.The bathroom could benefit from a remodel as the shower doen't work efficiently and the cracked tile has been poorly recaulked. The location and beach is amazing. Overall the property is well maintained, the staff extremely friendly(although running on island time) and the location is superb. A little modernization and the property would be 5 star!

The beach and unit were exactly what was portrayed in the listing. The staff was amazing! From making check in a breeze to helping secure dinner reservations they were always there with a smile and great recommendations. We will definitely be back to visit again!

Perfect Location!
This location is perfect. We could walk to everything we needed (grocery store, restaurants, gift shops, bars). The unit was well equipped and we loved being on the first floor. We opened the huge patio door and stepped right out to the beach. Everyone at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. The only thing to note is the spa is not a hot tub - the water is cold (which was disappointing). If we ever go back to T&C we will definitely stay here again!

You cannot get much better than here - you relax with a coffee on the patio and walk 15 steps to the pristine beach of Grace Bay. The condo was perfectly stocked, very clean with comfy beds and all amenities. We would come home to it all clean and dishwasher un loaded - the small things make such a difference.
The location of Villa is perfect - you can walk up and grab a coffee or some treasures or perhaps just stroll around the shops. You have your choice of many restaurants you can walk too or just borrow a bike and ride to Cocos Bistro for dinner (a must).
The BEACH! When they say Grace Bay is one of the best beaches in the world - they mean it. The water is luxurious and turquoise - simply stunning. Walk 20 min east and you come into a beach filled with shells - go the other way and you find snorkelling off the beach. You have loungers with umbrellas on the beach allowing you to have sun or shade.
The booking process was easy, communication fantastic which make you start your holiday off right.
We had the most incredible time here and cannot wait to return. We cannot day enough!!

Relaxing, No-Stress Paradise! Can't Recommend Highly Enough!
This property is exactly what we were looking for - clean, friendly, beachfront, and walkable to shops and restaurants. We had such a relaxing vacation here! The condo was perfectly equipped for the two of us and was incredibly comfortable; we slept super well on the bed (always a must have!), and we loved waking up and walking right out onto the beautiful patio to look at the ocean and have our morning coffee. The kitchen was well equipped, the wifi was great (even on the beach), the TV had plenty of channels for my boyfriend to veg out, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. And, despite being on the first floor of a condo building, we didn't hear footsteps or any noise from other residents!
The easy access to restaurants was great, as we didn't want to rent a car - we had no problems finding whatever kinds of cuisine we wanted within walking distance. There were also fun little knick knack shops and adventure booking places nearby, and across the street is a pet adoption center where you can volunteer to walk the pups in the morning, and socialize them in the afternoon. It was wonderful!
Overall, this condo was exactly as represented and we would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Turks.

Excellent stay in Paradise!
It was my birthday and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Unit 103 is so perfect ! Location of unit to beach so close I never wore shoes. We are diffidently coming back next May. Thanks villa Renaissance for be such a great property ! Macy

A Stay in Paradise
We just returned from a 4 night stay at Villa Renaissance in Villa 103. This villa is perfect in every way! First of all the location of Villa Renaissance on Grace Bay Beach couldn't be better. It is a 25 min beach walk from Club Med and a 30 min beach walk from Beaches, which pretty much puts it at the center of Grace Bay Beach! It is walking distance to everything you need; loads of restaurants, even Coco Bistro; Graceway Gourmet grocery store; a wonderful French bakery near Caicos Cafe; and shops. The oceanfront view from the villa was superb; we enjoyed our breakfast and lunch every day on our patio looking at the beautiful beach. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all the cooking supplies one would need. They even had a small cooler so we could bring cold beverages to the beach with us each day. The master bedroom and bath were spacious and it was great to have a second full bath. The staff were all very friendly and eager to assist in any way. We would definitely recommend this unit to our friends and hope to return ourselves some day soon!

Very nice property, quiet, relaxing location close to shops and restaurants in Grace Bay
Villa Renaissance is a delightful place on a nice stretch of beach in Grace Bay. You can walk to restaurants and shops. If you are a night owl or like the party scene, you will be out of place here. The unit we stayed in was well maintained and cleaning staff was friendly and kind. Not the best walking beach but that’s the entire beach not VR’s issue. The views from this location are breathtaking.
