A LA CALETTA IS THE PORT THAT THROUGH DAILY DEPARTURES OF TOURIST BOATS, ALLOWS EXCURSIONS OUT OF PORT IN THE MOST FABULOUS AND UNCONTAMINED PLACES OF SARDINIA LIKE THE CAVES OF THE MARINE OX, CALA LUNA AND CALA GOLORITZE.
THE VILLA IS ABOUT 600 METERS FROM THE BEACH (YOU CAN ALSO ARRIVE ON FOOT) AND ABOUT 200 METERS FROM THE PEDESTRIAN CENTER WITH ALL THE SERVICES THAT IT OFFERS (SUPERMARKETS, BARS, PUBS, POST, ATM, RESTAURANTS ...) AND ABOVE ITS WALK EVERY EVENING OFFERS A SET OF STORES, LIGHTS, COLORS AND MUSIC THAT ANIMATE THE SUMMER NIGHT IN LA CALETTA.
THE VILLA, IDEAL FOR FAMILIES OR FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO ENJOY A HOLIDAY IMMERSED IN THE SUN, IN THE FUN AND IN THE PEACE OF THE SARDINIAN SEA, IS ALL ON ONE FLOOR, WITHOUT STAIRS (IDEAL FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE). THERE ARE 2 PRIVATE ENTRANCES, ONE PEDESTRIAN WITH ACCESS TO THE GARDEN WITH GREEN MEADOW THAT IMMEDIATELY ENTERS ON A VERANDA COVERED WITH A FANTASTIC SEA VIEW, THE OTHER ON THE BACK WITH ACCESS TO PRIVATE MACHINE PARKING INSIDE THE COURTYARD.
IN FRONT OF THE VILLA A PLAYGROUND FOR CHILDREN WITH SWING, SLIDES AND MANY BENCHES IS LOCATED; THERE ARE ALSO TOOLS AND ROUTES THAT ALLOW THE ALDULTS TO CARRY OUT PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES.
THE VILLA INCLUDES A LARGE LIVING ROOM WITH KITCHENETTE, A LARGE GLASS DOOR WITH EXIT TO THE VERANDA, EQUIPPED WITH A TABLE WITH CHAIRS, IDEAL TO BE ABLE TO DINNER THE EVENING AND ENJOY THE SEA BREEZE. IN THE LIVING ROOM, A TABLE WITH 6 CHAIRS, SOFA, SMART TV WITH NETFLIX CONNECTION AND WIFI CONNECTION WITH ADSL FIBER IS PRESENT. FINALLY, A LATEST GENERATION AIR CONDITIONER OF 12000 BTU IS PRESENT.
THE HOUSE IS ALSO COMPOSED OF 2 BEDROOMS, OF WHICH A DOUBLE FOR A TOTAL OF 5 PLACES
ALONG THE ENTRANCE OF THE NIGHT AREA THERE IS AN IMMENSE BATHROOM WITH SHOWER EQUIPPED WITH ALL THE NECESSARY COMFORT AND A WASHING MACHINE WITH A CAPACITY OF 7G.
THE ROOMS ARE EQUIPPED WITH MORE THAN BEDS, FURNITURE. They are all mezzanines making them fresher in the summer season. ALL THE WINDOWS OF THE HOUSE ARE EQUIPPED WITH MOSQUITO NETS.
