Did not live up to the expectations of the listing, didn’t get what I paid for.

Location was great and the hot tub was a bonus.

Few areas that should have been cleaner, plus a few maintenance issues. Did raise these with the property management company who had a very lackluster response. Very disappointed!

A lovely weekend break away

Great location and house was very warm. The hot tub was a highlight and it was a great setup for our girls weekend

The outside circuit breaker had to be flipped a couple of times when trying to use the outside lights.

Exceptional

The hostel was super spacious and bright. The spa pool was amazing and nice and private. The kitchen has everything you need aswell., location was perfect everything seemed to be pretty near by.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, the spa was great!

Loved the layout, Nespresso machine, spa and large outdoor area. Enjoyed using the tennis court and walking around the attractive neighbourhood. Property was very well equipped with everything we needed.

The floor seemed to be a bit sticky.

Great villa, well laid out, hot tub was great!

Great location. Lovely interior, the property was well laid out and nice big spacious rooms. Hot tub was great too!

It could have been cleaner. TV was hard to use. The showers need a bit of TLC.

Great experience

Excellent accommodation for three ladies had everything we needed spotless and in a great location would definitely stay here again.

unfortunately, we couldn't use the spa as it was way to hot and we could not adjust the temperature.

Pool is communal not onsite

Location

Outdoor area was,very tired and not maintained at all , Spa was boiling hot and we had a late check out and found that had not been communicated to the guy whom maintains the spa , luckily we weren't undressed and it wasn't embarrassing. Also when I booked on booking .com the pictures and description lead you to believe that the swimming pool is with accommodation, it is not !! The fact that the pool is communal needs to be highlighted and told at booking , very disappointing and misleading .

Really enjoyable. Great place. Layout is great.

Just a few maintenance issues... Hanging lights above kitchen bench only one worked. Mirrors not hung on walls. Found in wardrobes in bedrooms. Shower door in main bathroom doesn't shut properly. Cobwebs around ceilings everywhere. Outside lights by spa pool didn't work. Spa filter needed cleaning. Quite dirty.

Very good

Loved the spa pool. Had everything we needed (like an iron and ironing board)!

The neighbors were a bit noisy the first night we were there but it wasn't too late. Would have enjoyed a larger bed, but it was fine.

Home away from home in a warm comfy space walking distance to town if we wanted

The Layout of the Home was perfect for 2x couples. We had privacy where needed and a spacious comfy space to be together

spacious, light and well equipped

so many flies! maybe a screen door could be useful. but the air conditioning was great since we couldn’t leave the door open. not spotlessly clean sadly

Enjoyable and restful . Would highly recommend this property.

The property was very clean and we liked the privacy of it. It was great having the hot tub to relax in . The beds were comfy and we felt very relaxed there. It was good to be in walking distance of Martinborough too .

We felt really happy with the house .

Superb

Central location, access to pool and tennis court enjoyed. Well appointed.

Would prefer 11am check out on a Sunday, rather than feeling rushed to be out by 10am. It is a premium price property and feel 11am would be more appropriate.

Very comfy house and pool and having spa was great.

Had to go for a walk to find the pool. Not advertised as shared also nothing in book to tell you where it is. Also one of the lounge chair legs were broken - looked fine until you sat in it.
