2 garage spaces for most vehicle sizes. Guests can also utilize neighborhood street parking (meter and non-meter).
LOCATION:
Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access of Newport's beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling and sight-seeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops. Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world famous Christmas Boat Parade.

There are certain features of this home that will be unavailable during guest use, due to safety concerns. No refunds shall be given for the inability to utilize these features:
- Master Bathroom Jacuzzi Tub Jets. The tub can be used, but the jets have been disabled.
- Roof-Top Deck: Access to the roof-top deck will be off limits at all times.
- Master Bedroom Closet: There is no closet in the master bedroom, but a small closet/storage area is available just down the hallway in the office area.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:

Beachview Realty staff is top notch. Energetic, knowledgeable, on the spot. Tim came out to fix the garage door - excellent rep for the company.
Only 2 "complaints":
1. Communication of amenities on site, such as kitchenware and supplies was inaccurate, forcing us to bring in more supplies than necessary.
2. Hand towel-sized bath towels are a little annoying for a high-end facility like this.

Superb house right on the beach
Our family had the best Thanksgiving at this beautiful house. It was incredibly clean and the furnishings were lovely. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and the appliances were top of the line. The bathrooms were great with incredible showers. We also loved the patio with the fire pit and barbecue. It was delightful to sit there and enjoy the ocean. We can’t wait to go back.
