Possibly my new fav Auckland accomm

Everything! I loved how they give you a complimentary bag of snacks upon arrival as well as complimentary coffee/hot chocolate vouchers for the Cafe around the corner called Browne St which I had the best ever eggs benedict at. Excellent secure off street parking. 24hr manned front desk. Super modern design and very rooooooomy rooms with everything you could need. On site vending machine. Avondale train station right across the street.

Even though I loved having the sound of kids playing in the school right beside us, bouncing basketballs from 7am to 9am were quite annoying. Made worse by leaving our window open over night so next time I will close the window to drown out some of that noise before 9am.

Clean and comfortable, great location. Will definitely be back.

Good sized room, everything I needed was there. The vending machine was a bonus, and location was good for what I needed.

Très bien malgré du bruit en pleine nuit

L'endroit est sécurisé, spacieux, propre et extrêmement bien équipé (un tire-bouchon aurait été un petit plus). La literie est extrêmement confortable. Le lieu est sécurisé et l'on peut s'y garer facilement. Le personnel est très gentil.

Beaucoup de bruit en pleine nuit dans la chambre à côté de la nôtre, des cris, des rires, des portes qui claquent... il a fallu régler le problème nous-mêmes car malgré une plainte auprès de la réception, personne n'est venu. C'est dommage d'être réveillé ainsi en pleine nuit par des gens mal élevés qui ne sont pas sanctionnés.

both my husband and I were very happy with the room and the 24hrs availability

location very handy to shops. very well secured by fence and camera in the office 24/7 rooms are big and has everything you need.

nothing really but it would have been nicer if there is washer/dryer in rooms.

Easter weekend in Auckland.

Everything looked new and was clean. It had a nice homely feel to it. Lots of food options very close by and good access to the Zoo only being 15 minutes away.

There was no lift to get to the top floor apartments. Not a major but when carrying lots of stuff for a family a bit far.

Excellent good quality accommodation.

It was really well located, next to a train station and close to where our events were. The place was really roomy and comfortable, modern, fantastic shower and good kitchen. There was a table to eat at and a couch. Pretty quiet too and very warm.

Was a bit confused about the entry to the carpark. And then I realised there was a code on our room key to open the gate.

We love coming here, definitely a good place to stay lots of food close by & buses & so close to the new Lyn mal

Rooms are so spacious! Stayed here twice now, will only stay here. Feel very safe!

Need more umbrellas lol! It rains a lot apparently which we didn’t know! But that was our fault haha

Great clean and comfortable stay very modern just with a few things that need attention

Loved the size of the rooms and how comfortable the beds were, the room was incredibly clean and modern and felt comfortable.

There was a putrid smell that came from the bathroom, we were unable to use the shower and had to keep the door closed. Also that the blinds had gaps to let light in at night and the tv wasn’t on a bracket that allows it to be turned so you couldn’t watch tv from in bed. Didn’t have Nespresso machine as shown in photo

Beautiful rooms and very well equipped. Included nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee and assortment of teas. Incredibly clean and new. Vouchers for coffee for cafe nearby too! Very comfortable bed. Helpful staff and luggage storage.

Un agréable séjour.

L'appartement était très fonctionnel, bien équipé et desservi par un ascenseur ce qui facilite son accès quand on débarque avec une grosse valise. Des bons de café sont offerts dans un établissement situé à cinq minutes à pied.

Les appartements se situent dans un petit immeuble de deux étages et ils n'ont pas le charme d'une maison individuelle ou d'un B&B.

An overnight in Auckland

The staff was exceptionally accommodating and due to the in room marketing, we learned about Brown Street restaurant which made our stay!

The neighborhood was a little dicey with grafitti, etc. the bedrooms were very difficult to climatize so rather than sleep in the king, I slept in the twin and my husband slept on the couch. The walls are very thin and you will definitely hear footfall overhead so I would insist on the top floor.

we only stayed overnight but was very comfortable and suited us perfectly.

the size of the rooms and the location was perfect for us as we were spending the days in New Lynn.

Having to walk up 3 flights of stairs with luggage was not easy. Also a lack of coffee - plenty of tea satchets but only 4 coffee satchets

Great place, a hidden gem !

Greeted by welcoming friendly staff, the check-in process was pretty cool. Secure premise, ample parking, and the room looked out towards to the west over the racecourse. So awesome!!

The only very slight downside was that it was not really easily known how to enter the premises. The gate was closed.and was not sure how to get in.. But..was not a big issue at all.as the gate opener as they saw me walking up.
