La ubicación nos gustó mucho

Nos dejaron afuera esperando para que nos dieran una habitación cerca de 1 hora porque la persona que estaba a cargo estaba con una mujer borracha; nosotros explicamos que estábamos muy cansados y nos ignoraron

Mal estado de la cama, no hay TV en el cuarto, tienen solo 1 baño.

Todo muy limpio y una estancia muy agradable.

Muy buena ubicación, una zona tranquila la persona que nos recibió muy buen trato atenta y al pendiente. Muy buenas instalaciones todo funcionando y sobre todo agradezco la higiene del lugar todo muy limpio Excelente por esta parte. Muy Recomendable.

La ubicación.

Que tardaron mucho en abrirnos para tener acceso a la habitación. Hay mucho ruido por los otros huéspedes. Es un solo baño para muchos cuartos y solo un cuarto tiene baño privado.

There was only one toilet for too many rooms. The pans and utensils where not in good condition to cook Kitchen was always a little bit messy There was only one day I Saw a lady who cleans and tidy up perfectly, you should have her more often The pillows were very soft A don’t feel privacy in many situations, makes me feel uncomfortable.

Central, but shared amenities (no private bathroom!) and very noisy and small rooms.

Great location. And I suppose that if you are looking for a cental location on a budget this place is decent. I did not read the listing well enough (was in a hurry and remote with very limited reception on my phone when booking). Otherwise I would have passed on this one.

This is basically a AirBnB that is renting out rooms as a hostel. Not a real hotel. No reception, you have to ring the doorbell of the apartment complex to have somebody come down and open the door for you. During your stay you will have a key to the door. There is a common kitchen, a common sitting area, a common shower/toilet. No private toilet or shower. The room was small and had a very minimal desk (just big enough for my laptop and a drink), was struggling to use the mouse. The room was VERY noisy! The walls are super thin. Other guests kept arriving late and were talking and making phone calls till about 2AM. then at 5:30 AM people started waking up and moving through the hallway. There is no parking: I had to park in the commercial parking garage across the street (190MXN/day, only cash payments accepted there!)

Great value for money. Good location, very clean. Special shout-out to one of the host who really helped us out big time when we had an encounter with a cab driver who was ripping us off.

One bathroom to share with the others was sometimes not enough, but overall we had a great experience.

Nice place with annoying owner

I liked the view of my room and the cleaness of the place. Also the fact that there was always hot water and potable water.

The owner. She is always around, being just too much. Back-talking about other guests, arguing with her family and more...Simply behaving like there are no guests there and telling everyone what to do and not to do. 1 bathroom for 7 rooms is definitely not enough.

Great find in Polanco

The location is five minutes from Musaryk St. Osvaldo helped me get settled with keys, amenities, etc. Honestly the best value stay I've found in CDMX. Full functioning kitchen, 3 beds, clean bathroom. It is an apartment so just keep that in mind. Great views from the patio. A unexpected gem.

Nothing really although there is no AC unit in the room but thankfully it stayed cool in the room this time.
