Great location, good facilities, and good staff for a good price. Would stay there again!

Great location between the tran station and the Petit France, just right across the bridge from this historic section.

Well, the fire alarm awoke us at 6:00…..but just smoke from the cafe microwave…..otherwise a great stay.

Super Unterkunft - mit allem was man braucht.

Die Unterkunft war super! Die Ausstattung war gut und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Lage war total in Ordnung und das wichtigste war nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichbar.

If I go to Strasbourg again, I’d definitely want to stay in here again.

It was so close to city center and felt like home even though we just spent 2 nights there :) The view was amazing because we were able to see the cathedral which is absolutely stunning.

There wasn’t a luggage room or anything so we have to carry the bags, but they give us 10% discount on luggage app.

Nice location, fair for the price.

the location is superb, you can easily walk to any main tourist attraction from there.

The elevator was not working during my stay as well as there was no kettle in the room or something to boil the water to have a coffee or tea in the morning, the kitchen equipment was not also clean properly.

Super Lage, beim Staub darf man nicht empfindlich sein

Die Lage war super, denn man kann die Altstadt problemlos in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreiche. Außerdem ist gleich gegenüber ein Supermarkt, der eine gute Auswahl hat.

Das Zimmer war zwar aufgeräumt, aber es war nicht ordentlich geputzt. Der Staub war überall und die kleine Einbauküche war auch verklebt. Das könnte um einiges besser gereinigt werden.

Defekter Toilettenpapierhalter, Geräuschvoller Kühlschrank, Straßenlärm (Glaskontainer gegenüber) bis in den 7. Stock hörbar. Flatternde Außenrolos als einzige Verdunklungsmöglichkeit

The location was about 15 minutes by tram from the main train station. There is a supermarket less than 1 minute away opposite, ideal for your needs, and the touristic spots can be reached by walk.

the room was largely clean, but detailed areas such as under the bed were dusty and a little dirty, for example there were stains on the duvet sheet

Closeness to the International Bus Station, Easy access to the Old City, Supermarket on the opposite side of the street, Comfort of the bed

Insufficient kitchenware and cuttlery. Lack of a kettle to make coffee or tea. Lack of hand towel. Missing spoons, missing bread knife, missing wine glass. Unfriendly office lady.

Close to bus stop, tram station, supermarket & cafe. Clean, complete facilities, & affordable

I didnt see the staff at all, so if theres anything I want to ask the property, only could be done via message property by bookingcom & takes quites some time for them to reply. luckily i have no trouble for checkin & out / any other issue during my stay.

would definitely come back

it was really easy to check in and get into the room. bed was comfy and we had no problems at all during our stay. its very central and we walked everywhere, also no issues checking out at 3am

it was a little bit noisy at times and you could hear people talk quite early/late but other than that i have no complaints.

Exceptional

Convenient location, just a few stops using a tram. The check-in process is very easy. Even though we didn't meet the hosts in person, they are very responsive as we can communicate via email. The room and the co-working space are clean. We are so satisfied with this booking.

I wish they could have a luggage storage at the premise. However, the host have provided a very informative details about the storage in the city so this is not a problem for my stay.

Comfort and convenience at a generously low price

Very well placed, spacious room with super-comfortable bed, excellent shower. The place doesn't offer breakfast but there's an Auchan supermarket across the street, and there's a little kitchen in the room where you can prepare your own breakfast. Extremely clean and quiet. Excellent value.

Price Worthy stay and superb view!

It was so clean and the staffs were friendly. Good value for money. The hostel had an exceptional view to the Landmark (Strasbourg Cathedral).

Instructions for unlocking the Child lock in the stove was missing and it took us a couple of hours to figure it out! Microwave was occasionally not operational.
