Free WIFI. Heating package of 50 €/week from October to May. TV with international channels. Gas heating. Washing machine drying. Parking space. Terrace furniture. Terraced house. Gas barbecue. Pedestrian access directly to the beach. Balcony with sea view serving the 4 bedrooms. Very good condition (maintenance and painting). Furnished tourism classified 3* for 8 people.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).

Exceptional location overlooking the beach of Trestaou, located 250 m from the beach and 100m from the famous path of customs officers of the Côte de Granit Rose.
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week).
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
