This is a SELF CHECK-IN cozy in- law apartment, it has its own private entrance, living room & bath room. Minutes to the beaches.
* One block over to Sunset Beach.
* 1 mile to Howard Park & Beach.
* 2 miles to Historic Sponge Docks.
* A 6 min to Gorgeous Innisbrook Golf Courses. The Copperhead Golf Course is the most recognizable of Innisbrook’s four golf courses and is the host course every March for the PGA TOUR’s Valspar Championship.
* A 15 min to Honeymoon Island and the ferry to Caladesi Island voted consistently as one of the top 10 beaches in the US.
* A 30 min to Clearwater Beach. Clearwater Beach dazzles with impeccable beaches and inviting waters. Trip Advisor named it the nation's #1 beach in 2018.
There are lots of fun things in our area, there is a concert at Sunset Beach the first Thursday of each month. Sunset Beach Park is a local favorite with kite boarders, boaters, fishermen, and a perfect place to watch the Sunset. Howard Park with a beach, picnic sites, kayak trail through mangroves, walking trails and a lot of BBQ sets. The Sponge Docks has gift shops, restaurants and boat tours out to one of the islands, you might see dolphins and manatees. Explore the River, Bayous and The Gulf of Mexico. All are a perfect setting for boating, fishing and swimming or just communing with nature. A quick 1.6 mile drive/ride to the Pinellas Trail (over 50 miles of paved cycling/walking trails covering the whole county). Free bicycles are available for use at my place.

Property had a nice back yard and you can BBQ if you want to. We used bikes that were available and included in the package (Pinnealis Trail). There is a table on the porch that you can eat breakfast or drink coffee. Apt. also have plenty of supplies like coffee, sugar, shampoo, etc.
We have no negative comments about this property. We would visit again. Thank you.

The place was small but space was utilized well. Great location and May and her husband were very nice. Definitely would stay again. The only thing we would recommend is to get the bedroom ceiling fan fixed other than that it was wonderful!

Walking distance to 2 beautiful beaches. Bicycles are a must in Tarpon Springs, so that was a special bonus. Nice neighborhood and nice hostess and host. Will be back!

We really enjoyed the location being close to 'local' sites. Sunset beach is walkable around the block. Most locations in Tarpon Springs are within 3 miles from this location. The host was very communicative before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend this.

The property is great for a short term rental but has some limitations if a longer stay is required. A reminder that the property does not have a stove, kitchen sink and only a medium sized fridge and microwave. The upstairs apartment is located off the owners residence in a separate wing. The location is great, close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay in Tarpon Springs, The apartment was incredibly clean and convenient to everything. Make sure to check out the sunset at Sunset Beach . Since it was cold, we also got to see the manatees at Craig Park. The only drawback was the walls aren't too thick - we heard a dog bark (occasionally) and someone coughing - but literally nothing else. We would certainly stay there again!!

This property was a great, smaller place to stay. It was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. The hosts Robert and May were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. It was close to 2 amazing beaches, and in a great location.

Great getaway weekend!
Had never been to the Tarpon Springs area before but we had a great time! Very nice area! Apt was perfect! Only 8 min from the Sponge dock area. Very clean and comfortable. There was quick and great communication with May, the property owner. Bikes were a nice perk to take about a 10 min bike ride down to Sunset Beach! Would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Excellent Location
My husband and I were attending a wedding in Dunedin. The location was perfect for this. Quick access to Dunedin, Tarpon Springs and easily found from Tampa International Airport.
The room was very clean and May was very attentive. May sent messages through the vrbo app to check in and make sure we didn’t need anything. I had a couple of questions and they were answered almost immediately.
I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend if you are looking for a great location with easy access to surrounding areas.

Clean and quiet
Stayed here for 2 nights, 2nd floor in duplex - very quiet apartment and quiet neighborhood! Apartment was CLEAN! Looks just like the photos. Check in was easy, May gave step by step directions plus photos for the unit. Had everything we needed (fan, coffee maker, fridge, plenty of towels, paper plates, cups, microwave). Good location in Tarpon, lots of nice restaurants nearby and 2 swimming beaches within 10 minutes, plus close to Tarpon sponge docks which is a really cool area to explore. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Nice little apartment off the main roads. Very close to the beach. The two things that could have been better were the mattress and the lack of a kitchen. The refrigerator had no freezer and no sink other than in the bathroom. Bathroom was very nice. Owners were very to talk with online.

Very nice studio
Clean, cute studio! Perfect for us for the weekend…we didn’t plan on eating in but May had all the necessary items if we needed a quick meal, microwave and small fridge available and she answered messages very promptly. Very clean and convenient to Sunset Beach, not far from Dunedin also. Loved it and will definitely visit again!
