Disappointed

Atleast the bed was comfortable, still not clean, but comfortable

This is my first time leaving a review here, Shocked by the time when I open the door, its Super small, not enough space to even open our luggage(2ppl in a 3person room), Next, the bath room, Shocked x2, so freaking small and dirty, don't even have a platform to place our stuff(shampoo, cleanser, toothbrush etc.) Have to either put it on the floor, or put it outside in the bedroom. The drainage pipe of the basin was also broken and will leak through your feet -_- The "sleeping area" also don't have any mirror, there's only 1 mirror in the bathroom, and since the bathroom is so small, it's very annoying every time we need to use the mirror. Anyway, because it was a business trip, we can't increase our costing to find another hotel anymore so we just have to bear with it the whole 4 nights. The price is not cheap either. Overall not worth it. Its not a hotel, it's a 1 star Dormitory .

Not too bad!

With its price, the hotel is a good enough place to rest and quite affordable for being in the city centre. The receptionists are friendly. They might not provide you with iron in your rooms but the hotel has an ironing station in the lobby, which I find quite interesting. Main attractions nearby such as Berjaya Times Square and Lalaport, with the closest station is the Imbi Monorail station, are all within walking distance.

I can't say for other rooms but my room had traditional windows, unable to close fully so my air-conditioning and outside noise seeps through it. The TV and a socket out of three did not work. Heads up to people who don't like bright lights or sleeping with a lot of lights, all lights are connected to only one switch. I am not too sure if I could actually request for housekeeping but I had to request towels by the receptionist and threw my rubbish outside of my door throughout my stay.

Was the water heater trip twice but was fast response on change room. The worse parts is in the morning sddly the housekeeping ppl open our room door which make us in shock n trauma.... Why they don't get proper update tht room was occupied?????? Please look into it.

Nice location but not a very comfortable hotel room

The bathroom was very nice. Clean, modern and good water pressure.

There was a musty smell in the room. But the worst part for us was the floor. They used some very weird sticky material to fill in gaps between the floor tiles. That stuff sticks to your socks and makes you want to wear shoes in your hotel room. Also the bed frame was very dirty and the mattress too short.

Rm 20 per hour late check out fee

Nothing

Room size is very small that i could not find empty space to open my luggage on floor. Shower hook can not hang as its broken/loose. Staff charged me Rm 40 for check out at 2pm. He said its Rm 20 per hour charge after 12 noon. Very strict on check out time. Rm 20 per hour is not reasonable for cheap budget hotel (normally this hotel has approx rate Rm 100 per night but for late check out its Rm 20 per hour)
