The AC is strong, clean, there is a rooftop pool and bar.
The location is close to the center, you can walk to the museum and lots of restaurants nearby.
It’s a very big hotel so it does not have an active share space to talk to other traveller like other dorm hostel.

staff team were amazingly supportive, hostel is super clean and cool, rooftop was such a vibe! rooms were very cosy and nicely designed - overall recommend the stay.

Great location, facilities and extremely clean. The rooftop pool and bar felt more like a 5 star hotel!
The music from the rooftop can be quite loud on an evening however it stops at a reasonable time

The place has great location. Everything is close, shops, restaurants, street food. Place is very nice, beds are comfortable and very friendly stuff. I didn't have problem to talk in english. As a hostel I got everything what I needed.

Great location, within walking distance of old town area, plenty Tuk Tuk drivers around to take you places. We booked tours via the hostel for Angkor Wat which were good value also. $15 for a half day! Rooftop pool is awesome, very modern, with food and drinks available to purchase. We had a private room with 2 bunks - plenty plugs and safe storage options. Beds were comfy!
Just wish there was a mirror in the room!

Stayed in mixed dorm with 4 beds. The curtain on the bed covers the whole and you feel private when closing. The bed has light, power socket and a small table, and a shelf along the madras to store water, phone book etc. The room has a big locker where I fit both my suitcase and backpack. The ac was good. The toilet was clean and plenty to choose from so was never a problem. The pool at the rooftop was a nice touch. Quiet street, but close to all the tourist stuff! Almost as good as The Meander in hcmc!!
Some noise from the rooftop band could be heard into my room, but wasn't a big issue.

Super convenient location (you can walk to anywhere), friendly and accommodating staff, decent rooms
The hostel area on level 2 can get a bit noisy but as long as you tell management they’ll deal with it. There is also a live band on level 4 until 11 pm every night so depending on your noise tolerance and room location, it could be troublesome. I personally didn’t mind it because you were so tired at the end of the day anyway that you just pass out. However my sister had trouble sleeping some nights due to the noise.

Super zentrale Lage, sodass vieles zu Fuß möglich war. Ausgesprochen nettes Personal und sehr hilfsbereit! Toller sauberer Pool und wunderschöne Dachterrasse. Super sauberes Gemeinschaftsbad.
Kein Fenster im Zimmer, das nächste Mal würde ich ein Doppelzimmer nehmen.

La piscine est sympa, le cadre...il faut dire que c'est une auberge belle est vraiment cool.
C'était propre, avec un parking à scooter. Bref rien à redire sur ça. Ascenseur, douche, sèche-cheveux...
J'ai pû faire imprimer des papiers en urgence à la réception.
J'ai pû booker mon bus pour Bangkok.
Les toilettes/douches/ chambres minuscules !!! Ironique dans un endroit aussi immense...tout est grand sauf ce qui est important !
Mon check-in dans la mauvaise chambre où j'ai pas trop compris le quoi du comment. Mais ça c'est réglé tout seul.
J'ai eu besoin de trouver un endroit où me faire vacciner d'urgence et la réception était beaucoup plus intéressée par le check-in d'un couple qui venait d'arriver que par m'aider... pourtant ils étaient 3 du coup je me suis débrouillée toute seule.
Taxes surprises au moment de payer au restaurant en haut et le croissant du café en bas est plus cher qu'à l'aéroport !
Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre..juste une ouverture vitrée au dessus de mon lit, juste assez embêtant pour avoir de la lumière constamment au dessus de la tête jour et nuit donc petit masque sur les yeux toutes les nuits.

My friend and I stayed in the Twin Room with Shared Bathroom and we were very impressed. Since there were 2 of us we had the whole room to ourselves and on each bunk we had a mini pullout desk to work with electric sockets and two different lights (just for our personal bunk). There was also lockers in the room and a big desk that we put our bags on. The hostel was very clean and spacious.
Though we did not mind the shared bathroom (which was very clean), it was pretty far from our room. This was not the greatest at night if you wake up in the middle of the night to use the toilet since it's so far and the bright lights in the hallways really wake you up from sleep. Also, there is a crack at the bottom of the doors so you can hear everything happening outside the room very clearly. One night a loud group of backpackers came home and woke us up at 2 am.

The location it's great, near pub street but away from the chaos.
Rooms and toilets are cleaned regularly.
It looks more like an hotel than hostel.
Nice rooftop with pool.
Breakfast was nice but it's a bit strange that you need to pay extra for a coffe or tea, these are usually offered together with the meal.
I was unlucky with the bunk I had the one on top with the windows on that so my bunk was always bright making difficult the sleep, small curtain should fix the problem.

Das ist eins der besten Hostels, wo ich jemals war und ich war schon in 81 Ländern dieser Erde. Es ist alles sehr durchdacht und funktional. Ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass sich ein Hostel Gedanken macht, wie der obere leise und unauffällig ins Stockbett gelangen kann. Dort gibt es Stufen neben dem Bett. Sehr cool! Und...es gibt so große Locker, dass man einen großen Koffer oder seinen dicken Rucksack bequem dort rein stellen kann. Am Bett hat man außerdem noch einen kleinen Safe. Wifi ist auch im Zimmer hervorragend. Und das coolste ist der Pool mit der Bar auf dem Dach. Von der Party da oben bekommt man in den abgeschirmten Zimmern nichts mit. Es hat mir super gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr zahlreich und sehr hilfsbereit. Man kann im Hängesessel abhängen oder auf den langen Couchen. Es gibt auf dem Balkon Möglichkeiten zum Trocknen seiner Badesachen. Nur die Toiletten/Duschen sind ein bisschen weit weg. Das würde ich noch mal überdenken. In der Mitte der Flure fehlt eine Toilette. Trotzdem hat dieses chicke moderne stylische Hostel mit westlichem Standard die Höchstpunktzahl verdient! Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist topp. Super sauber!

Die Bettlaken und Handtücher waren sauber. Die Lage ist auch ganz gut.
Wir hatten uns auf den Pool gefreut, da sie auch stark mit werben allerdings war der an 2/3 Tagen für private Veranstaltungen reserviert. Der Bass dröhnte also aber den Bereich betreten konnte man nicht. Zudem sind die Zweier Zimmer mit Etagenbett fensterlos und es riecht etwas nach Schimmel.

The rooms were clean. No need to try and guess of the bedsheets are clean like in most of the guesthouses in Camboya; they were super clean, like everything else.
The place is modern and relatively new.
The pool is SO pleasant! It's in the rooftop, at one side of the bar. There are not many people there, and there is room to sit and long chairs to lie down, at no cost. This pool made my day.
The stairs to get up the bed bunks are proper steps, so it's very comfortable and easy to get up.
The staff are nice.
Good AC.
Close to everything.
The only inconvenience is that the WC and shower of the dorms are at the end of a very long corridor, so you completely wake up if you need to go to the bathroom at night.
Rooms don't have any windows you can open.
The staff seemed a bit lost when I checked in. They gave me a bed that wasn't available, then they gave me another one but could not give me the key to the locker "cause last guest didn't bring it back". In the end they just gave me another locker, but chek-in felt kinda clumsy, like no one was really in charge.
The staff did not seem to have much info about transportation around Cambodia.
The rooms start to need a bit of love, since they have some stains in the walls (nothing major yet).

We loved our stay at Twizt! Probably the best hostel we have stayed at. Feels like a 5* hotel!
Amazing pool on the top floor that turns lively at night. We loved our stay here and found ourselves coming back and booking directly. Great location as well!
The only thing I would improve is to provide water and perhaps a communal fridge that guests can use.

Not really enough sunbeds available. People would put towels on them and then go out all day so no one else could use them. Would have been nice for staff to prevent this. No windows in room either, we asked to change and were told that it wasn’t possible even though the hostel was no where near full.. We were there for a week so it made a difference

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer (ein Zweitbettzimmer) hatte eine gute Größe und die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Das ganze Hostel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet wurden. Besonders die Dachterrasse ist ein Highlight!
Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, man ist mitten im Geschehen und dennoch ist es eine ruhige Nebenstraße.
Der Flur ist sehr hellhörig und die Türen ließen sich sehr oft durch einfaches zu ziehen nicht schließen. Dies führte dazu, dass immer wieder die Türen versucht wurden durch energischeres zu ziehen zu verschließen, dies war dann sehr laut überall zu hören. Vielleicht sollte mal an dem Verschluss der Türen nachgebessert werden?
Die Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft ist gut, könnte allerdings hier und da ein bisschen besser sein. So hat das obere Bett z.b. Ablageflächen, die selten gereinigt werden. Bei meiner Ankunft lagen dort noch 2 paar Tageslinsen von meinem Vorgänger.
Und die Duschbereiche sollten öfter vom Personal kontrolliert werden, ob auch alles aufgefüllt ist. So war während unseres Aufenthaltes die Seife komplett leer, bis wir an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben haben, da wir schon das Duschgel aus den Duschen zum Händewaschen genutzt haben.

El lugar es demasiado lindo y la decoración encantadora! El personal super amable y el desayuno estaba bueno. De hecho, si vas a los templos te lo preparan para en una cajita. Lo malo es que el desayuno no incluye café, sino jugo de caja.
La cama es cómoda, hay pava eléctrica con cafe y té y agua que se repone cada día. Muy lindo!
Organizan eventos privados en la pileta, por lo que dos días de mi estadía no pude usarla. De hecho, había sacado en hotel justamente para conocer gente y como no pude ir a la pileta no conocí a nadie… Creo que es algo que deberían avisar antes de la llegada, no una vez que estás en el check in. De hecho, me avisaron de un día y dije que ok y a los dos días había otro y me enteré por un cartel en el ascensor.
