Konum olarak rahat ulaşılır ve güvenli bir bölge; her saat hareket var. Otel çok kalabalık olsa bile odalara gürültü çok fazla yansımıyor. Personel güleryüzlü ve nezaket sahibi. Kahvaltı gayet keyifli ve yeterli, çok seçenek sunulmuş.

Good socialble and supportive host's.

The Operational team at Sun Hotel were fantastic. Operational Managers where very attentive and would be on site continuously. I attended the hotel with my disabled mother, and all our needs where met. Location of the hotel is a huge plus, local amenities surrounding to cater for all your needs. Be warned the are some highly tasty eaterys in the vicinity, you will be spoilt for choice food wise, from dinning in at the hotels to restaurant or walking just meters away 😋. Central city was a short taxi ride away, where you can go site seeing, shop for bargains and enjoy the most authentic turkish cuisines and culture.

I loved the size of the walk-in shower unit, however having a high fixed shower that wasn't movable and just a low spout/tap to rinse lower limbs wasn't ideal. Ideally there would have been handheld shower in addition to rinse down. This isn't a problem as we worked round it.

Surprised by value of the accomodation

I liked my stay, mostly because of meals served and ambiance of the hotel, both common and private parts of the hotel were new and spot clean. I enjoyed the roof deck even in winter months.

Nothing particular that I didn't like. I was only surprised that my EU sim card didn't work on Turkish side properly and didn't show correct time (but -1h) which made me late to my meeting. Off course that is not fault of the hotel. This is more of a warning to other EU travelers to check the time and not miss a flight. No bedside table lamps but spot lights shining to your face, maybe a cultural difference..

Modern, fresh hotel. Everything was new and minimalistic chic. Great rooms, bed and showers.

Новое здание в хорошем состоянии. Очень чистый номер, который каждый день убирали. Хорошие завтраки. На крыше отеля бар и бассейн, которые работают в том числе вечером - особенно понравилось.

- Hotel is super clean - Staff very friendly - Breakfast very good - room service very good - Food is very good and prices are good - All in all very good restaurant in the heart of lefkoşa

- Something unrelated to the quality of the hotel or the services, but if you are planning on paying cash , exchange to currency indicated on the reservation, or else you will pay more due to big difference in the exchange rates between the hotel and exchange offices outside

Go somewhere else.

The bar staff was super kind, helpful and friendly. I stubbed my toe and it was badly sprained and they got me ice immediately and enquired after if I was ok. The breakfast was AMAAAAAZING. Poss the best I have ever had. It was varied, proper coffee, fresh ingredients in abundance, just super. Rooftop pool was also great!!!!

Beds were horrible, balcony so small you could not use it. It was super noisy from the outside. The reception staff was very unfriendly, overworked and just rude. I had a question how much a taxi would be to the Girne Gate in the old town and the receptionist was super patronizing and rude and asked me if I meant the gate or the town "Girne". Out of order, especially as I have lived and worked in TRNC before. Please train your receptionist staff and tell them about costumer service (smiiile). 2 receptionists were "working" and one of them was a trainee and was totally out of his depth. Had to wait ages to check in. The location was just suuuuuper far away from everything and opposite was a garage or sth where men yelled and screamed from early morning on. I found this hotel anonymous, depressing and would not stay again. Waste of money and time.
